At CBCS we value integrity, and it has been a cornerstone of our company from the beginning. We’re launching a full investigation into what appears to be misplaced orders. We deeply apologize to the customers impacted, and we're going to do everything we can to understand what happened, make things right, and make sure nothing like this ever happens again.

Be careful about using companies like PGX or EGS. On the upside you will get your comics back quickly & he can custom design your labels. However, there is a lot on the downside. The slabs are rather bulky, EGS does not have copy right and cannot print custom labels using any comics names, logos, or characters, misspellings happen rather often, their grades are not widely accepted (Tony is a one-man show).

Just saying we need more info on the whole situation.

The phrasing in the post made it sound like they were grading and bringing back for encapsulation. Obviously that’s not confirmation but we also haven’t heard a rebuttal yet with this coming out on Wednesday you would think they would be quick to deny it. As I mentioned this is also not the only recent case of a book being acknowledged by CBCS as lost which does add to the likelihood of the story being true.
