Here's what I picture when I hear this. A young widow look at a wedding gift from her husband who had recently passed away and remembering all their wonderful times together.
Whenever I hear the Pallet Town theme I think of when I got my first Pokemon game from my brother. When my only care was to catch 'em all.. What do you mean crying? I'm not crying.
I was just having a little conversation reminiscing about Pokemon with my friends! I come back home to hear possibly the most beautiful rendition of Pallet town ever! Thanks so much it just made my day :)
Seriously...as i was listening, my childhood of playing pokemon outside under an oak tree on a hot summers day....brought tears to my eyes. ;( A wonderful work of art!
Such a beautiful song. This is where it all began. Easily my favorite Pokemon song cause it reminds of the time I played my game boy color for the first playing the red version. Those were the days...
Thanks for reviving my childhood. Just by hearing this, i don't mind using my 3 min 31 sec of my time to think about what i did as a child, which is trying to catch that 151 pokemon.
The song is very heartfelt. Thanks for bringing back my whole childhood memories in just 3 minutes and 31 seconds. You just earned yourself a subscriber ;)
Ah, the nostalgia. Great improvisation of Pallet Town. I think I'm going to start doing VG music improvisations. You're pretty lucky, btw, to be playing in Lutkin Hall. Make sure to visit Schoenberg Hall here someday.
Pallet town always warps me back to the year 2000. My mom gave me a Pikachu Gameboy color with Pokemon Blue. So many great memories are linked with the Game and this most memorable soundtrack composed by Junichi Masuda.
First, I saw your duet with Lypur, then I took a look at your channel. I was really happy with what I saw. You're a very talented Pianist! I SUBSCRIBE! ;)
haha I was looking at easy things to learn on the piano and I was like "I wonder what the piano music from that story would sound like" and now im here c:
I don't normally like videos but i had to with this video. This remake song is just amazing its the best Ive heard. Pallet town has evolved into charizard :D
Imagine they make a game where you start in Kanto and then make your way through all the other regions. In the end, when you've beated all the Pokémon leagues and have caught all the Pokémons, you get one final objective: Go to your friends in Pallet Town. And when you return there, all your friends will be there, including Oak, your mom and Blue. You hug your mom, hand over your full Pokédex to Oak, you and rival shake hands, the screen fades to black And this music plays...
Very beautiful improve. ^_^ I can't improvise at all, and yours adds a nice touch to the song. Just wondering but, were you performing this in the doc rando hall? (notices the steinway piano and the organ behind)

Finally, someone who actually knows how to make a piano cover of this song. Thanks!

And so, a manly tear was shed.
Would you ever be willing to make tutorials of some of the tings you play? I wish I could play this well.

Ah, this brings me back to my good ol' GameBoy days..
=)
It's weird how a lot of us will look back to R/B/Y and G/S/C, while others turn to FR/LG and HG/SS. I personally think back to all of them.
