Back in the day we would just gel our hair in a ponytail and put the glue right on it. As long as you use glue removal lotions and shampoo, you're good. I don't always use the protectant because you can barely scratch lol

As long as you take care of the install it can last anywhere to a month or more. So atp it’s really just a take it out whenever you feel or whenever it starts to look tacky
