Through this series I have learned so much it has overwhelmed me with the realization my mother starting: the signs are there. I am now past the denial stage. Thank-you for the tips and the advise. As I watched this, being the time of covid-19 and my mother is just now in "assisted living" being kept safe, I am afraid she is not being taken care of in the manner you are teaching. I would like to know somethings that help during this social distancing time.

    Hello Teepa,
It’s me again….. your “RUclips stalker” from Australia. You’re comment “ had this meeting happened five or 10 years ago we would’ve been in a small little room somewhere” made me understand how ludicrous society really is when it comes to the third age folks of our world. Teepa, your talks should be on Grand stages across the nations with all the whistles and bells one can imagine.
What more can I say but BRAVO .

    You are an awesome lady.
I recently expected dementia is causing my sister's confusion, nouns are gone, it is always the "thing". I shared my concerns after Christmas gathering with my niece because as we had sat down to eat a guest and I did not have silverware. Sister said it is on the table. The forks were all that was in a pile. They were the little shrimp forks. I looked at the niece and with my eyes said let it go. Then my niece asked my sister for napkins and she opened the refrigerator. Then she seemed to understand my body language. She has an appointment in February but my sister does not know what kind of an appointment the daughter made.
I am just thankful to you for all these pointers. I do pray the Lord will heal her but I needed to hear these things.
I think the doctor is a neurologist, is that the proper type to go to? Any suggestions. Thank you
    God bless you...
