As a English footballer/fan I couldn’t tell you why but I just fell in love with that clubs whole atmosphere, the music & food outside the ground , the stadium structure, atmosphere was out of this world too , just shows the power of football nothing brings people together like it💯

The guy @2:12 with the pink Toluca jersey and toluca tattoos... he unfortunately passed away a few days ago. His name was Jorge Bernal aka "El zurdo" He was a pilar in the Toluca fan base. He was always there, meeting & greeting people outside the stadium , & will be missed. RIP

My wife is from Toluca (I am from Scotland) and I went to this stadium last year! The game finished 5-4 to Toluca. It was a crazy game and a great stadium! However, it's of course got nothing on Celtic Park!

You should travel to Guadalajara to see Guadalajara's derby Chivas vs Atlas. It has an amazing atmoshpere and the matches are spectacular.
Last time they played they drew 3 - 3 in an amazing match where anyone could've won.

Toluca is a great club in mexico, the rest of the clubs don't give them credit for their 10 titles, but I can say it is one of the best clubs in the american continent

Iam glad you enjoyed the games Toluca vs. Guadalajara and America vs. Pumas. sometime you should check out el classico national America vs. Guadalajara, el classico regiomontano Tigres vs. Rayados de Monterrey. also classico joven America vs. Cruz Azul, and finally classico tapatio Guadalajara vs. Atlas. these are the matches in la liga Mx that are more passionate and at times a lot to win for over reputation. by the way in Mexico there use to be a football club of english players back in the day called British Club football club. use to be one of the earliest football teams that were formed in mexicos early leauge teams. saludos.

I can’t believe you actually went there what a surprise. I have family that goes every home game and we’re there for the game. I also have been there a few times and apart from the game I am glad you tried the food it’s delicious. So incredible to see you go there. If you ever go back to Mexico I recommend you tigres vs Monterrey either of the 2 teams have great stadiums as well.

For those wondering how his name ended up on the screen. Nomally these youtubers get deals with the clubs. Also normally it would not be allowed to film inside the stadium, thats why we havent seen thogden record any on field action at for example world cup. I guess most of these videos are sponsorships or deals with the clubs, allowing him the freedom to film anything and bring a bit of promo for that club. Hence why his name popped up on the screen

This match is a classic, I rivalry in my family. Both my parents are from Mexico and my dads side are Toluca fans, and my moms side is Chivas fans. Toluca was always my team growing up. Definitely gotta visit the stadium for a match now

Fun fact, Toluca was a menace from 1998 to 2008. They didn't just beat teams, they mercilesly crushed them. Won like 4 titles back to back. In 2003, Toluca crushed America 6-0, invluding a beautiful tikitaka goal. Lastly, you got 2 gorgeous jerseys. The red one, very special.
