    This 250 already exceeds just about any Race bike money can buy - how much more power do you think we can find in this build series? IN MXA, as it sits, this would be about 50 hp.

      So is the pro6 the best vp fuel with mapping for this particular bike and how stable is the fuel as far as shelf life or tank life as a weekend warrior who just like putting gains on his bike slowly lol

    • @HPRaceDevelopment
      @HPRaceDevelopment  2 года назад

      @@adamnjethro4080 Pro 6 makes the most power of any fuel we have tested on any bike. It's just extremely expensive. If you always reseal you can, and leave it out of the sun, it has a solid 3 month shelf life, we have no issues with it with our clients. But ideally you'd want to burn up your opened can within 1.5 months. It works pretty darn well on stock mapping too - still good gains. BUt of course our ecu and this fuel is extra nice.

    Will the athena ecu for 2022 250 sx f Bacis model fit the 2022.5 factory edition still? As you know it’s a pain in the ass getting after market parts for 2022.5 factory editions and I just wanted to make sure it worked on the 2022.5 factory edition because I’m not able to find it for the 2022.5 250 sx f factory edition only the regular 2022 ktm sx f

    The more option that aftermarket ecu GET offer it's great, but for most user the reflash of the stock ecu will be a better choice, torque and power results will be same, but at lower cost.

    • @HPRaceDevelopment
      @HPRaceDevelopment  2 года назад

      You can not reflash stock ktm ecus any year after 2020, ktm locked them out of their software (which we own). The oem reflashing is extremely limited in access on previous years as well. What makes a bike run good on track is much much different than simple ignition and fuel changes.

    • @piasiniengineering
      @piasiniengineering 2 года назад

      @@HPRaceDevelopment I'm not talking about setting the E2prom with the K User Setting Tool, this allows few setups under limitation of factory.
      what I'm talking is the reflash the entire ROM and e2prom, even to clone the ecu from a 250 over a 450 ;-)
      maybe you did not know that we only have the solution, but it is possible.
      i will post soon a full movie of the entire process on the dyno, then you can take your opinion.
      i agree with you that with the reflash can't get +25hp, but for sure can setting as need for different changes done over the engine.

      Calibrate the ecu is never waste time, also you show here that you done 100 puls on dyno and hours of work, that confirms changing the stock ecu to GET aftermarket can gain about few hp. We have already the solution to flash the stock one, we develop it and no one else have the solution currently worldwide.
      The 100 emails we got from any part of the world to tune the stock ecu, don't seam to confirm what you claim.
      My intent was only to let you know that it's possible to do the reflash of OEM ecu.
      I'm sorry if you take my info as insinuation.
      I follow your channel from a lot of time, always precise and professional, but please do the same to us too, we are in the reflash field from 25 years

      @HPRaceDevelopment  Год назад +1

      @@piasiniengineering we can’t sell enough reflashes of stock ecus’ at a rate high enough to justify the investment of time. Additionally our data logging system that integrates with teh get allows us on track data, that allows for much better real work tuning than on dyno tuning only. I can not integrate this easily on the OEM ecu either.

    I know I’m always asking questions but is there big differences in different manufacturers exhaust fmf vs akraprovic for this exact bike I think fmf is the only one with the header and pipe so I guess it’s kinda easy to guess the fmf would be better but assuming both were full systems what’s the difference in them? Sorry if I wrote that horribly haha

    • @HPRaceDevelopment
      @HPRaceDevelopment  2 года назад +1

      They all run very similarly - without a custom ecu tune for each exhaust you will mostly be feeling tune change differences not power differences.

      @@adamnjethro4080 vortex somehow markets better despite not marketing. Get has better technology and has innovate the majority of cool things in the industry - such as dual injection - get first, smart phone wifi tuning (yamaha) get had first. Both can run about the same if tuned by the same person. GET works with OEM's - and get is on more pro winning teams and bikes.
