Hi Pankaj, thanks for the nice video. Very clear. Your equation describing the chemical reaction should show two SiO2 molecules on the right-hand side of the equation. This makes the count of all elements balanced on either side of the equation. Tim

Hi Pankaj, We are trying to mix sodium silicate with chrome oxide green for coating purpose. We are facing two major problems. 1. We are not able to build higher layer thickness (dry film thickness), say around 2 mm. 2. We are getting large granules while applying coating, which turns in to bubbles while curing coating in electric oven. Kindly advise solution to above. Regards, Mukesh Doshi
