hi, sorry for the spoil but I had them hidden on the thumb until a couple days ago, I figured by that point most die-hard fans had seen the movie and otherwise spoilers are pretty common elsewhere on the internet. I personally saw a number of thumbnails with the same spoiler just a couple days after the movie was released.
Doors Content update released yesterday and added five brand new entities and all of them are secret. The only one I know about and should be the icon is an adorable little rat named Louis. He only appears in the Mines and if you see his little rat hole, you can drop items in front of it, and Louis will pop out and snatch it, rewarding you with a better item. But if you give him a crucifix, he will take it. However, he will sadly get banished, but drop you lots of items and a badge. I feel like I would not want to crucify him, but it is worth it, still sad, though. I know nothing about the other entities, so I'll need other people in this comment section to notify me.

sorry, but the movie's been out in most of the world for close to a month now so I removed the censoring from my thumbnail. I did have the secret characters blocked out for the first ten days after the movie came out, then by that point I figured most people knew the spoilers anyway -- there were tons of videos from other channels literally the day the movie came out revealing the secret characters, it's hard to avoid spoilers on the internet these days
