I just finished the archon quest.. it was so good- also was kinda worried this vid would not make so much sense now that I uploaded it late (cuz I planned to finish it before 4.2 is released, but so many things hindered me from finishing it)

Man we were the only ones concerned for Childes safety...and despite how undoubtedly exhausted and in pain he was, man still fought...I just want to hug him, cook him chicken + dumplings and tell him we won because of him ;-;
I can not explain my worry about him since Fontaine archon quests started. At 4.0 I was worried that he was in jail. All I wanted to do is go there and get him out cuz he was false accused to begin with! When 4.1 came I was so angry about all the extra missions I had to do without really getting any clue to what happened to him in jail. I tried to do those so fast in order to find my boy. Just to get hit at the end with the cutscene which made me even more worried! As soon as 4.2 came out, I was ready to do the archon quest and the entire time I was thinking WHERE IS MY CHILDEEEE!!! Then we saw him fighting and my fan girl radar turned on FULL!!! He looked so cool! Oh my god! I almost had nosebleeds, but just like tht he was gone again! When Skirk yeet him to the portal I honestly tried moving my Lumine to go after him. Well I would lie if I didn't though that besides nursing my boy back to health I can also find Aether! It was perfect opportunity! But the game didn't allow me!!! I guess Lumine just doesn't care much for her brother as I do >.> And do not get me wrong, I am not Aether's fan much. It's just that I play Lumine. I actually like abyssal twin more then twin we play as lol. I do think it's mostly pity that I am feeling for them. I mean just imagining the horror they went through, watching their friends die or even worst turn into monsters with no human intelligent in front of them suddenly, without being able to do absolutely anything about it except watch and cry. It's just devastating! And I do think that Hamelin portrayed this in their fan made video for Genshin Anniversary so, so, SO WELL!
Fr i wanted us to childe at least once before he left for snezhnaya, i missed him so much at the end of the quest. Lumine was the only one who was truly worried about him the entire time it was kind of tragic to know he was taken away too fast, thank you so much for this
I KNEW I couldn't be the only one who's been disappointing that we didn't even get to have a word with him after all that... Thank you, Jaizy.. ❤ You're my saviour..

Indeed, this guy fought a planetary threat for month, and did not deserve even a few words for it, was thrown out like a bag of garbage. And at this time, third-rate characters were hanging around looking like something depended on them - because banners need promo, you know I'm starting to think that a situation where some characters don't get into the main plot, like Noel or Bennett, is the lesser of evils.
@HindrancUS they really treated him badly the whole act 4.. seriously, since the beginning.. let's get his vision acted up and messed up his mood , then get him accused for some crimes.. get smacked by Hydro Dragon, thrown into jail.. drowned him some more and oh? You wanna fight? How about a fight with your inner demon for 42 days? Yay.. now that Fontaine is safe and all.. let's yeet him back to Russia..dammit.. my bro just needed a vacation.. 🙄🥺
I was so heartbroken to see that their only interaction in 4.2 was that quick glance that they exchanged during that cutscene where we see Tartaglia in his Foul Legacy form fighting the whale. With him handing his Vision, I had hoped that they'd meet one more time...
I literally just finished the archon quest a few hours ago, and I see this….. This is exactly what I needed, bless you for making it, but at the same time oh it just makes it sting more 🫠 We needed something like this in the actual game 🫠 even if Lumine didn’t actually rescue him, she still should have been able to reunite with him and be relieved that he’s okay!!! hoyo doesn't add any ACTUAL romantic scenes with traveler because traveler represents the player and they don't want to enforce a ship that people may disagree with. plus, if they made this scene in their game, it would stay the same for the male traveler and they aren't allowed to show same sex romantic relationships due to chinese laws.

А архонты эти сами в грехах по уши, половины ещё и не помнят, либо не знают.. да и сила архонтов представлялась мне куда мощнее. Скирк противная, скучная, ее даже слушать не интересно, ничем не цепляет.. молчу уже про ее внешность стриптизерши. Гг и Арлекино разочаровали, ждала чего-то другого. Ризли только, вроде, нормальный чувак и Навия понравилась, трогательно - эмоциональная. Клоринда тоже не плоха. А в целом сюжет так себе.. в конце только кусочек битвы Торта с китом, яркий и эмоциональный. Эмоции, харизма и бешеная энергетика Торта даже через броню Формы духа чувствуются. Крутой финальной битвы от Невиллета, гг или кого-либо ещё не было, геймплей не считается. Подходим просто к киту, который уже в отключке и эта Скирк его уменьшает, выбрасывает и на этом всё. Я поняла, что этого нарвала нельзя убить, но можно было бы эффектнее финал сделать. Какая-то недосказанность, недоделанность, пустота в сюжете и издевательство над Чаильдом на протяжении всего сюжета Фонтейна..
