Thanks, coding is different to performance enhancing remaps. Remaps are recalibration of the engine parameters whereas coding is simply enabling features that are already there in the firmware where optional extras were available from the factory, hope this is clearer.
Hi Wilson, big fan of your SLK55 videos. I also just purchased a 2012 SLK55! Absolute BEAST! Got the res delete done, remap to 440bhp and ready to go! Ive been watching your vids and really wanna unlock the temperature on main display and anything else thats cool. Ive purchases the Smart Top module too, cant wait for it to arrive. I did watch your vid but it didnt explain the full steps to unlock stuff - would you be able to provide any more info on this please? Im based in Midlands and would love to have an SLK55 meet if you're up for it :) Either way, thankyou for your great informative videos, it came in SO handy for my purchase. Especially the video where you explained the ABS sensor issue - it happened on a test drive and I was about to walk away, thanks to your video me and the seller got it fixed and I sitll bought it. Absolutely love the car! Would not have purchased it without your videos, so a huge, huge thankyou to you for your efforts!
