Hey Whats up guys. I didn't watch this at all. But, As the Ranks 1 through 3 Affliction Warlock in Season 4, I can say chugging 400 Reign Energy Drinks in 3 weeks and moving to the dumpster right outside of the 7Eleven (so I can steal their wifi) was the best thing to ever happen to my Mythic Plus grind. The War Within is coming just like the war in my kidneys. They will be rank 1 in season 1 TWW and I will be rank 1 through 5 in TWW season one. It's been proven. Also, the Oasis map was designed by me in my dumpster when I spilled 2 pallets of expired Celsius Energy.

Shadowbolt vs Drain soul -> In M+, do you think the shard sniping somehow will move us back to be forced to take drain soul? Or do we have so much shards in TWW that we do not really need to snipe anymore?
Right now on beta I don't really have as many issues with shard generation. With hellcaller you proc crescendo a lot which helps fill in the gaps, soul harvester gives you shards every time you soul rot. Granted there's always going to be some situations where you feel tapped but I just move my UA around if I feel like I'm running low. However you can definitely still run drain soul & it may be more damage in some situations. I just really prefer the mobility of Shadow bolt + nightfall compared to drain right now.
@@arsynwho i hear everyone saying they are close to one another, but hellcaler seems to be better for aoe while SH has more ST damage, whats your opinion? Worth making a video on both?
Tried your build compared to the wowhead ones notcied a big increase, i felt a little shard starved though may try just going to drain soul, its really nice to start pulls with 4 to 5 shards, i kind of miss the seed spamming it just felt powerfull into massive packs MR feels a little...meh i dont no if its rhe visual or what, overall though aff definitely improved.
honestly my opinion, i tried playing aff today and i can only say one thing as long as there is rapture this spec will be bad, definitely the worst version of aff ever

When you went over the rotation, you didn't say to apply Agony. That should be your first thing applied to get the stacks rolling

@@arsynwho i feel like there are still shards issue on prepatch, without the hero talents. So maybe drain soul is a better choice in prepatch?

Kind of, Try to just weave them in as much as you can, don't want to over cap on shards or nightfall procs.

Both are still pretty good in my opinion, beta changes quickly every week right now. Hellcaller still my current favorite tho.

Yeah you can also try moving the UA around when mobs are dying to help get some extra shards aswell
