He is a psychopath..in the original novel more So. I started reading it and watching this drama at the same time. The novel right now is much darker and the two guys are total cray cray crazy and not only in a good way.

It was said in Eastern Jin dynasty, Huai River was vast and became a torrent in Taoyedu (a ferry place named after Taoye). If the wind or wave was strong, the ferry might capsize. Taoye became worried every time she took the ferry, so Wang Xianzi wrote this poem to comfor her :) The whole poem basically means Taoye you can ferry across the river without using paddle (because of the torrent). Do not worry when corssing the river, I will be waiting for you by the river.
Every time Zou ZiShu shows off his martial arts skills, I have to remind myself that he’s supposed to be at 50% of his actual skills because of the 7 Nails. That’s crazy, when I think about it!

When I was reading the novel, this was exactly what I was envisioning. Kudos to the team for choosing the right actors, the script was on point, though there were some scenes that were slightly changed, but I think it's for the good of the whole show. I love their "fight" scene in the blossom fields. Always reminds me of when two dance partners are on the same wavelength, they counter and compliment each other equally. Intensity is lost and it is replaced by a sense of flowing peace.

When I was reading the novel, this was exactly what I was envisioning. Kudos to the team for choosing the right actors, the script was on point, though there were some scenes that were slightly changed, but I think it's for the good of the whole show. Thank you, too, for sticking to the novel :) It's one of favorite Priest's works. I am so looking forward to the next episodes ^^
