I want to take a moment to apologize for going MIA over the past several months. Honestly, so much was happening behind the scenes, and this transition was far from smooth. But through it all, I made it a priority to document everything-the good, the bad, and the ugly. This video was one of the hardest to put out because of how vulnerable it is, but I felt it was important to share this part of the journey with you. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I navigated through this dark valley. We’re here now, stronger than ever.
Damn after not dropping a video for months you think I got time to watch a whole 2 hour video? You're right I do. this is the content we been waiting for !!!! good shit bro congrats on everything.
Hahaha you the man bro!! Apologize for going ghost man. A lot went down but sharing the journey was always the goal. Thanks for coming back and showing love, much appreciated homie!
So very happy for you and your successful journey! Hope many other young men can watch your videos and get inspired 👏👏👏 A big shutout to your parents who have supported all the time.
I never comment on videos but I needed this video. I think everybody that's in business needs this video. Our minds and life can play tricks on us but with physical perseverance we can achieve anything. I don't even know you and was rooting for you to get what you were working for. We all should root for people like you and ourselves the same way. Thank you for following your heart and making this and sharing it with us. Ill be following your journey from now on homie.
Mad Respect and Shout out to your moms!! Str8 Fire. You both make phenomenal team! Glad I ran into your videos, keep Rockin’..keep bring’n it, digg the Real of your Journey!💯
Honestly bro your videos truly inspire me. You really show the grind and dedication it takes to survive in this business. I started screen printing this year and had to put it to the side to help the family business. But watching this really inspired me to hold myself accountable to make time for what I really want. Thank you bro
OH MY GOODNESS, BAAV! I can’t even put into words how PROUD I am of you! I was genuinely worried when I didn’t see your posts on Instagram and RUclips-you had me concerned! But seeing your incredible work now fills my heart with so much joy and inspiration. You are a true light in this industry and an inspiration to me personally. Please, never stop sharing your journey because what you do is SO needed. Your videos give me hope and strength as I navigate this new chapter in my life-learning to thrive as an entrepreneur and screen-printing designer. I absolutely love this new path I’m on, and having the chance to learn from someone like you, and others who has so much experience and wisdom, is such a gift. Thank you for everything you do, my friend-you’re making a bigger impact than you know! Keep shining!
This is amazing to see can relate to all the hours of grinding out being frustrated but patiently grinding it out till you make your vision a reality God bless
Awesome video bro! The grind really never stopped and it got you to the point of getting that auto to keep growing your business. Been waiting this vid for so long, congrats on everything 🙏
Success only comes to those who persevere. Thanks for the vulnerability, inspiration and most importantly, your TIME! As a new printer, I would be interested in a vid about the business side of this process. (Pricing those multi color/location jobs etc.). Also, how to print/cure those transfers for the necks. Great vid, THANKS AGAIN!!
Thank you so much for the kind words and support! It’s always the nicest feeling to have such great messages like yours to remind me to keep persevering🙏🏼
That’s what’s up man. I have an 8 color M&R Challenger in my storage unit. It’s been in there since February. I’m looking forward to the moment I can set it up in a shop. This video is great motivation for that transition.
I watched your last post about the auto press, I was like "man" that sucks to have bought that an not been able to use it. But to stick with it and get the rewarding feeling of not having to bend over a board and the fact that it runs great, you had. It motivating to see the journey to victory. Keep it up.
Thanks for sharing the good the bad and the difficult! I didn’t know how much it takes to get electricity upgraded 😢thanks for taking sooo much time to educate us, really appreciate it 😊l love 💕 watching your videos over and over again because I am learning so much about business.
I can't wait to get a auto press! Congrats bro! Congrats on all your achievements, I have been following you for awhile now. Really enjoy seeing your journey. Keep pressing....
Thanks for sharing your journey bro. It’s nice to see how you build your empire. Keep up the good work and the great videos. Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱💪🏽
It took a few days to watch, but you just put on a Masters class in business!! This shows that hard work and perseverance will win if you don’t give up. Shout out to your Mom for helping you build your dream!!
Hell yeah Baav! Glad your back at it and glad your new auto and shop are up and bangin! If you are heading to Impressions in Jan, I hope to see you there! Nice work on the screen racks! I bet you can plumb the unloader (assuming thats what it is) through the wall and outside so its not constantly blastin off in your shop lol!
I was wondering where you were my guy! I was low key worried. Shoulda known you were just in the grind. Glad you got that green machine up and running 🙌 💪
Brrroooo!!!! I'm really glad to see you back and better. Congratulations, bro! You worked hard and deserve to be at this point. I'm proud of you, my guy. Also, thanks for the inspiration! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Absolutely crushing it! Such an amazing video to see the whole experience. I’m hoping to transition to the auto next spring when I get a new shop space and in the meantime I pray my arms don’t fall off haha. Thank you again for sharing your experiences and helping other printers like myself learn. Do you think you’ll get a Stamp in the future or will you stick with the iron?
For sure I'm watching this. Haven't yet but, oh mayn! I think i',m ready.. sheesh 2 hrs? where my snacks at babe? ahhaha. should make her and my kids watch this. hahaha. Making me go watch movies at the theater. I call that nap time. haha. Congrats on your journey man. Alright.... here we go.
Ohhh maynnn I appreciate you JT!! But Awh man they’d be like what in the world do you got us watching hahahahah thank you for the love and support man!!
Great to see your up and runnin. I’m in the process of getting my first auto. Your videos have been super helpful. Thanks for sharing. One question…. What made you go with the ROQ compared to the Anatol Volt?
Congrats on your auto. Glad to hear you’re very busy. Can you tell me who does your separations again? I’m looking for someone to do the highly detailed separations.
Thank you so much!!! If your referring to the big red machine that I run the shirts thru that’s basically a conveyor dryer that heats the shirt/print up to 320 degrees to cure actual screen print onto the shirt so it lasts in the wash and is durable:)
One mistake you WILL make 100% Guaranteed is to forget to press LAST PIECE on the machine when loading the final shirt. Happens to EVERYONE using an auto lol. Put a note on the screen to remind you TRUST. So glad you got it up and running finally man!
Inspiring bro. I wish I started screen printing years ago. I’m about to buy the PIGSKINS & PIGTAILS SCREEN PRINTING BUNDLE. For single color images. Fuck the Cricut. 😄 I do DTF stuff. But there’s nothing like a silk screen printed T-shirt.
Mannn, thank you for that-it really means a lot. Hearing those words from someone else definitely hit home for me. I truly appreciate that simple, heartfelt comment
@ No worries brother. Back in the islands we know one one full basket. I’ve been working my home printing business for more than 5 years and only a week ago I was finally able to order a 6-4 press. Giving up it’s not in our nature. And I have no experience with screen printing. Your journey has inspired me to make this move.
Congrats, Baav, on your journey. I'm just starting out with transfers and embroidery. How did you get your first 5 buying customers? Right now the locals tell me $15.00 is too much for transfer tshirts, they can go to Walmart and pay $7.99, I explained with my white toner printer they are getting a customized product, but they feel $15.00 is too much, any advice will be appreciated..thanks
Thank you! That’s a good question and getting your 5 customers will be one of your hardest battles, heck getting the first customer is a battle. You’ll always have clients that complain that the price is too high. If they are comparing your prices to Walmart then they already sound like a red flag client to me. I’d focus on finding yourself some good clients you can build a good relationship with. In this industry my favorite type of client is a repeat client. Which means they re order over and over again on new projects. I always try and educate my customers on the process of getting shirts printed and in your case it would be with the white toner printer. I would also maybe look into transfer companies like Supacolor or DTF sheets where you can outsource the production of the transfers because doing bulk runs on the white toner printer would take a good chunk of time. Also when customers want a cheaper price try to encourage them to increase their quantity to more bulk runs where you can afford to bring costs down a bit. $15.00 per tee seems more than fair for a custom tee for me, if anything I’d charge more depending quantity and complexity of what they wanted. I know my answer is all over the place, I’ll try and dedicate a video to this topic for ya!
I want to take a moment to apologize for going MIA over the past several months. Honestly, so much was happening behind the scenes, and this transition was far from smooth. Congratulations Bavv. . . You are a GREAT Inspiration. . . if you don't mind sharing, where 8s your HQ's shop located. I would love ro come to visit
Amazing journey you went through! Congrats :)
One quick question, what is the big red machine you use? What does it do?
Thank you so much!!! If your referring to the big red machine that I run the shirts thru that’s basically a conveyor dryer that heats the shirt/print up to 320 degrees to cure actual screen print onto the shirt so it lasts in the wash and is durable:)
One mistake you WILL make 100% Guaranteed is to forget to press LAST PIECE on the machine when loading the final shirt. Happens to EVERYONE using an auto lol. Put a note on the screen to remind you TRUST. So glad you got it up and running finally man!
Hahah oh yeah that definitely already happened at least once 🤣🤣

did you custom made a three point registration jig?
