"I don't need three guys like that on a roster" - Excellent point, and describes my roster to a T. Aaron Jones, D'Andre Swift, Rhamondre Stevenson, and Rico Dowdle, behind Kyren Williams. Start one most weeks, and two some weeks. Could not get any movement done before the trade deadline. Now in the offseason I'm likely selling for less than peak value, or combining with other flex players like Tee Higgins or Jaylen Waddle to see if I can upgrade and free up spots on the roster for rookies and other trades.
Thanks for chiming in, man. Yes, I can definitely see the similarity with your situation. Right, and just accepting that you'll take a little haircut. The goal is to get the trade done and fix your construction.
Love this thank you! I’m contending in a 12T 1QB S8 I have three 2025 firsts that will all be top 6 (we do a lottery, one I have is the best odds) and I’m curious how I should use them. Current team is: QB: Mahomes, Stafford RB: Bijan, Gibbs, Achane WR: JJ, Lamb, Worthy, Pearsall TE: Mcbride, Otton If I can get Jaenty I think I'd need to sell a rb but I probably need a WR as well. Thoughts?
You're welcome, man. Appreciate the question. Obviously in this shallow format it's all about just doing whatever you can to get the difference-makers on your team. You're fine at QB, good at RB and TE, WR is where you could use another hammer. Could you trade 2 of those 1sts for Puka let's say? In your format I'd be much more apt to buy hammers as opposed to making the picks. But yes, wouldn't mind a little Jeanty. Another thing, don't think about your starting roster, and how you'd maybe move Achane at some point. Lots of time before we have to set lineups. Bottom line is to draft or buy liquid *assets
Hey guys, missed out on the playoffs by 3 points in a heartbreaker against Jamarr Chase. My team wasn't stacked but was on a bit of a heater with guys like Jonnu, Dowdle and Shakir who are all killing it rn. For guys like this who aren't complete duds long term, what type of value are you looking at if I was to flip to a contender? I'm mindful of just holding onto them but also don't want to sell for nothing. Cheers!

Sold olave and a my (late) 25 first for Nico... hoping he helps me win the chip!
Let's fn go
I'm in a dynasty lg that is best ball so depth is everything
Yeah you have to have it
Ok hear me out I got good depth but my MF Hill, Ekler, and Theojohnson going down in one week after the trade deadline is crazy

Your biggest upgrade would be upgrading your QB to one with a rushing floor. That said you don't "need" to trade an RB, I assume you can start all 4.
how?
@@iamdrdna8759 true I can flex 2 of them. If i can move maybe achane for 2 future firsts that would be my thought. something to keep the coffers full

Depth made me miss the playoffs because I could not get any deals done without getting robbed blind. 2nd most max potential points in league by far
