After trying Michael Mina at the Bellagio for the first time… this was the review I needed so that I could explain the experience with my friend! I detest hearing people chewing, however with you explaining everything, the crispies and the crunchies you made perfectly conveyed and described the food!!! Excellent!!!!

Dang you Chef!!! You're gonna make me fat. I watch; I'm hungry; I eat. There are so many fine restaurants in Vegas' there is no way to dine in all of them. Reminds me of a song lyric "What happen to all the good times we have wasted, having good times." Last month, I had the tomahawk steak at Triple George, excellent! Night before, another fine steak at Oscar's. Give me steak, give me seafood; I will be content.
