I appreciate the amount of work you put into your videos , they are very well done. I'm camping on a Spoat Lake beach tonight wondering if you have a video of hiking Mount Klitsa?

Thanks, I haven't done klitsa yet.. maybe this season. Twice that trip has been canceled with friends so I might need to solo bag that one.

You missed UV protection! Our hands are exposed to damaging sun rays almost every day. Thus: wear UV protective gloves on a hike, on a bicycle, on a motorbike and in any other situation where it is not socially awkward to wear gloves.

very true, if you see my sun protection video I mention that briefly my hands are weirdly immune to burning so that's the one area I don't have to cover.

@@IdRatherBeHiking While sun burns significantly increase the risk of skin damage or cancer, regular sun exposure also notably damages our skin over the course of the years.

what are the thoughts on work gloves? like from hardware stores, used around constructions and stuff. they're pretty tough and puncture resistant made for use around tools and building materials but useless for warmth, for summer they could be decent.

that's basically what these are I'd just say make sure they are a little bit breathable on the backside, full on work gloves will be super hot to wear in the summer

@@IdRatherBeHiking Thanks, I haven't used gloves on hikes before but working up to more difficult trails, most branded hiking gloves here costs way more than $5-10 decent work gloves I already got laying around. Will pack a pair next time to see.
