- We know a little giving can go a long way. So this holiday season we decided to turn an ordinary flight into an opportunity for every guest to give back to their community. #WestJetChristmas
I subscribe so that I see the new WestJet Christmas Miracle every year :^)
I've never flown any other airline unless it was arranged through Westjet. They have served my wife and I so well every time.
As a Retired WestJet employee this is one of the many reasons I miss the people.
You left at a good time looks like west jet is going in the gutter , bad management can ruin a company so fast, shame.
I've waited all year for the WestJest Christmas spot, and again you didn't disappoint! If WestJet ever flies to my destination you can be sure I'll choose to fly on WestJest 10 out 10 times!

All we want for Christmas is our daughter-in-law's luggage to follow her out west. Looks to have been sitting near B-39 in Pierson Airport for the past couple of days. Please, Santa. Bows not required.

It's now been two weeks. According to the airtag, the bag got moved to a nearby "lost luggage" area about a week later. The process of finding lost luggage is abysmal. After filling in forms, responding to emails, erroneously being told "your luggage has been delivered" and "a lost-luggage specialist has been assigned to your case(s)", the luggage is still sitting in Toronto two weeks after her flight here. At this rate, it will likely get delivered - if it's delivered at all - after she's returned to Toronto. C'mon, Westjet, don't be a grinch!
A masterpiece in PR, go westjet. How about getting home the family and passengers you ditched in Calgary and stuck them on an 8 hour bus ride to Calgary?

I would donate to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
As a type 1 diabetic of 10 years, I would donate to them to help spread awareness of the tough challenges we diabetics face in managing our health and also fund the hope that we will one day find a cure for what ails us

Ranked 9 out of 10 north american airlines for on time operations. Only air canada is worse. Good job westjet. Why would anyone fly on these turdrockets? Maybe try focusing on passengers instead of all this.
Worst airlines ever. Why are you canceling flights when other airlines are flying. You ruined my Christmas plans. I wished I had booked other airlines.
