Had a pairing issue between Moto G5 plus and headset. Already tried restarts, clear cache / data etc but didnt want to delete my other devices, some of them i still use. Your video made me think , what the heck, cleared some existing BT devices , rebooted and Voila ! Thank you.

I hv been trying to connect my device for the last three hours. Couldn't find anything till this tutorial video. I simply had to turn off the blue tooth for a minute and turn it back on and boom it connected! Thank you so much! I was about to factory reset but this video saved me!! Greatly appreciated!!👍🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽

I have done all of these steps even factory reset. When on bluetooth device the sound from my music and videos still skips. I have a samsung gs9. I found that other ppl have reported this issue and there is something wrong with the android software. Also by the way i have connected the bluetooth devices to other phones and they work just fine

Turn off your blue tooth for at least 60 seconds and turn it on and then try connecting!

When I turn on my Bluetooth ear buds no start up sound comes out of them. It can connect with my phone but no sound is produced. I tried every step but nothing works. Any advice can help. I also like to add that I just got them a couple of days ago and had no problem till now.

Having issues with my Amore Pro Studio bluetooth wireless headphones for my Android phone. When I paired it to the phone, it automatically picked up sound from my Podcast Bean app, however, it's not connecting to my Pandora and neither RUclips. I am stumped. I tried clearing data and cache for Pandora, also went to Pandora profile advance settings, only allows launch to car???

On my phone,(Samsung Galaxy J3) when I'm on the final step of factory resetting, there's a message which says: "You won't be able to access any files on your SD card after you reset your phone". If I reset my phone, will accessing files in the card work if I pull it out and put it in the phone again?
I couldn't remember if this was mentioned already but I had this issue and just wanted to share that I simply tried powering my phone off and back on and the issue was resolved.

My Xperia with android 12 when pairing first time it works but when I shut off by for a while and try to reconnect to the device it won't pair and sometimes the device disappears in the bt list, had to re attempt a few times until it worked again. Note that sometime when listening to music via bt buds it sometimes interrupts especially when being around objects that aren't necessarily metal and I have to wait or get out of that spot to an open area which my previous iphone never did smh

I need help. Ive connected two two bluetooth sucessfully, but sound only plays out of one at a time. The drivers are updated. And i cannot find a dual audio setting. This is true for both my my laptop and phone. Neither plays duel adio.
Try going to apps and reset app preferences. It worked for both of my phones.

Hi my Backbeat Fit 3200 ear buds are getting no sounds when I'm playing on RUclips or Music on my phone, the lady says it's paired with Wi-Fi on phone and battery is high was working perfectly before when I used at gym. I tried Backbeat Fit 3200 on other device laptop and the sounds are playing on it perfectly. I have reset factory mode on phone thinking that mite fix the problem, but still no sounds from phone to ear buds when I'm playing RUclips or Music and videos. Any advice please? Thanks 👍

Okay so basically for clearing the cache, I didn't have that option. And the problem is like when I use my headphone it suddenly disconnectes and when I turn off and on my headphone it works again. I don't know why this is happening.
Thank you for this video! I still need help. I've done all of these things except clearing the cache. For some reason I can't find Bluetooth in my apps. The option for showing system apps also disappeared so there is no way for me to get to the right menu to clear the Bluetooth cache. Anyone have ideas for how I can do this?

I just watched your video on Bluetooth and no answer so I will ask. When I have hung up on a Bluetooth call ( this has happened on 3 different vehicles) the phone will try to dial my no, and when I try to hang-up it just dials my no. again and again. It will show being on line for awhile if I leave it but will not hang up. I have to restart my phone to get it to quit. Can u assist.

I've been experiencing unstable sound on my bluetooth headset, the sound is getting lower and then getting higher all the time. This just happens on my tablet and not my phone. I've tried to use other bluetooth headset on my tablet and the issue happens to them too. I've tried all the steps in this video but nothing works. I've been testing a bit and now I know that the connection between the tablet and the headset is the problem. But since the headset is doing all fine on my phone does this mean that the headset is completely fine, the problem is the tablet. Does this mean that the bluetooth on my tablet is broken?

My Android phone can pair with devices but when I try to connect I get a message that says in use for calls and media playback. IT happens with all devices and I did all your troubleshooting including clearing the cache??
could it be that I bought a cheep dollar general phone? my phone discounts aromatically and I did everything you said. it's not only my sound bar but the radio at work. other people's phones work on the devices but mine won't.
I have an unusual issue, and haven't found anything online to address it. I have an android phone. Troubleshooting has shown the issue is with the phone. I will be playing music I've downloaded to my phone when the music will just stop playing out of nowhere when the next song comes up. The next song appears to be playing but no sound will come out. If I go back to playing the last song, allow it to play for a few seconds, then forward to the song that wouldn't play, the sound will come back.

I have a Huawei Mediapad T3 and I connected Bluetooth headphones and a PS4 controller to it. Since I did that, I'm not able to use either device with anything else. They seem to be locked to the Mediapad. I've told the the Mediapad to forget them and done everything in this video but both devices are still not appearing on any Bluetooth search and even the Mediapad can no longer see them. It's like the tablet is hiding their Bluetooth visibility. ☹️

Ok, I've bought an Ipega Red Knight Retractable Controller, and one moment the Controller is fine then the next it is lagging, and the connection is so Unstable. This is a brand new controller i bought there shouldn't be any sort of issues with it having an Unstable connection...it's a detriment to my gameplay.

Hi, I had a smartphone (Alcatel) with android 6.0 and the bluetooth worked ok with the radio of my car (i just needed to dial the pairing code one time because the next times I turn off the car and turn on again, and the radio connect automaticaly with the smartphone). But now I have a smartphone Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini (with android 6.0.1) and every time I turn on the car/radio, the smartphone aske me to dial the pairing code... My phone is the problem here I have tried with other phone and it worked.
Now my problem is that the Bluetooth device connects to my phone but since the Bluetooth device us around my neck or ear my phone has to be close to my face (Infinix Smart 3). Pls I need help
