This pales in comparison to a SAfrican 'BRAAI'. ! We have steaks and/or ribs, 'boerewors (spiced sausage), venison and ostrich. No hamburger, which is just (dressed up minced meat), or hot dogs,( little overcooked bits of chemically preserved meats.). Also lots of appetizers as the fire and ' braaing' (roasting) takes a while. Also lots of 'sides' , salads and sauces or dips. You have to experience this cholestrol feast to know what a BBQ should be to be truly satiated

I am a bbq fan going way back. Who in the world are these 2? Where did they come from? What are their bbq world credentials? So many so called bbq experts can't even make decent pulled pork!
