Just go into the bios settings by pressing home button and power button then let go of home when Samsung comes up then hold volume up until you see a blue and white recovery/settings screen then press reset then use power to select and then your reset

How about the Wifi & Bluetooth? when i try turning on either one it won't goes back to off.. Already did the factory rest & took out the battery. Please Help!
