Do you really think people who are wrongfully benefiting from this privilege will surrender themselves and decline what is unconstitutional?? For this time as now, this is the way to handle this matter. A strong leader is what this country needs now not a Biden or a Kamala Harris. Please go watch old videos of how Chuck Shummer, Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Clinton have all opposed illlegal immigration along which birthright citizenship is also included. So while they were emphasizing the importance of illegal entry or birth into this country, what happened or changed for the Democrats to allow illegals? These democrats have benefitted and pocketed these funds personally. If you had a kid in Saudi Arabia, Qatar or even Russia .. do you think your kid will get birth right citizenship for those countries? So why should America be any different? Trump is handling it the right way. Ain't nothing wrong with how he's handling it. Way to go President Trump and Mr. Tom Homan. You also mentioned that Trump is not being a humanitarian. Being born in this nation, I want myself and my children protected first baby. America FIRST!!! He is taking care of his people and his nation. Every leader ought to be this way. I had my struggles getting into residency but will encourage anybody to come in and try out If they can sustain struggles. I have counted cents,lived pay check to pay check now able to give back in multiple ways. I hope influencer don't discourage kids. Nobody is going to stop legal immigration anywhere. It was difficult to get into US, has been and will be same as ever. Trump didn't worsen it..
Simple solution for anyone: talk to a immigration lawyer. Don't post questions in different RUclips videos and expect an answer to your problem because, each one's immigration situation is different from other. One answer in RUclips won't fit all or solve. Also don't plan your travel based on something you watched in RUclips. Ask questions to yourself about your travel and make sure you know everything from flight info, visa type, stay duration, work details, planned return trip (for tourists), etc before traveling or visa appointment. At anytime, you are responsible to answer any questions at port of entry and not anyone else.

If neither parent holds Singapore citizenship during this time, the child will not automatically receive Singaporean citizenship, even if born within the country’s borders.
If a baby is born in Singapore to parents who are not Singaporean citizens, the baby will not automatically become a Permanent Resident (PR);

If you are LEGAL in this country, in my opinion, you have nothing to worry about. Administration is mainly focused on deporting ILLEGAL individuals with criminal background. This could eventually lead to deporting whoever is illegal too (not primary focus, yet). This is only fair to all the people across the globe who are going through the process and are patiently waiting their turn to get into this country, legally. I've had many of my friends who've voluntarily left the country when they fell off status are transferred to another visa category so they can remain legal and not break the law.
Accordind to granpa donnys policy i dont think h1bs can produce babies and claim birthright citizenship like before. Either one parent has to be a citizen, or one or both have to be permanent residents.
Aslo this h1b nonsense is a disservice for nations exporting these workers as well. These countries have invested in these inividuals by subsidizing their education only to be facing a brain drain. Not only tjat it gives the h1b exporters little incentive to create jobs in tbeir exonomy.
On the other hand america is also doing a disservice to its people by not investing in their education n training ans instead importing these bodies.
At the end of the day it is the corporarations that see their bottom line balloon.

Please don’t pass incorrect information - B-1/B-2 visa - always had to buy return tickets. It is mandatory as per the immigration policy. It is a single intent visa and the traveler must return to their country.

Hello mam. We are on H1 B. You mean to say that " consider going to india only for emergency reason" . Can you clarify, how long this situation for??? For 4 years??? We came last year to US.
Anyone with legal documents to enter back into the country can travel. Just be prepared to answer questions and delays.
People with genuine documents and jobs can go out and come back to USA.

Hi sainthavi we are staying in NC. Recently myself and my husband went to Walmart, my husband by mistake slightly hit one black American lady and walked without noticing to get into the car outside Walmart bcos of cold weather. I was following him. That lady immediately told me your husband hitting me and don’t saying sorry. You people are always rude. She is asking me if my husband hit you like this what will your husband respond? I said immediately sorry and don’t mistake him, he didn’t realize that. That lady not even listened to my words and went off from that place. In Us they have bad opinion about Indians I don’t know why?
It is sad to hear this happened. It is important to stay calm and respectful during such situations. You handle it well without reacting.
Indians can come across as rude and aggressive at times and most of them have no concept of personal space. So m not surprised the lady was irate..i guess she was expecting an apology from the man for the body slam😮

I’m living in Europe for last 10 years and non of the countries give birth right citizenship unless one parent is an existing citizen of that country! I’m not saying trump is right but more than Indians it is impacting the people who come from countries that they can not go back to ! So Indians don’t have to make a big deal out of it ! Just get Indian nationality and move on !

@@VK-bk7gi correct that too and not everyone chooses to get citizenship after the 1st 5 years. Some choose to remain in GC for the sake of retaining Indian citizenship for several reasons. In that case GC renewal would come into play

From 2007 Canadians needed a passport to cross into the US. Since 2009 Americans need a passport to cross into Canada. All this was part of the joint Western Hemisphere travel initiative. Before that, a drivers license or birth certificate showing citizenship was enough. From 2022, valid US green card holders can come to Canada with a valid passport from their country without a Canadian visa. But Canadian PR's still have to have a visa to enter the US.
