Holley Throttle Return Spring Kit

In this video, I am installing the Jegs Chrome Throttle Return Spring Kit Fits 2-barrel/4-barrel Holley Carbs. This spring kit comes with a chrome bracket and is designed to fit most holley two and four barrel carburetors. This will also be similar to the Mr Gasket Throttle Return Spring Kit 9678, FelPro, or Allstar Performance Carb Mount Return Spring Kit.

instead of bending the tab, could you just attach the bracket on the backside?

Would this bracket work with Edelbrock carbs if the bracket was modified some?

Love the video. the orig carb bolt isnt long enough for that shim. what do you recommend to use? just a regular bolt?

Thanks! I'd get a longer bolt or a stud to use in the place of it. Should be a 5/16-18 thread. Don't go too much longer though. Don't want to bottom out in the hole.

Mine was the Moroso kit. And Yes the instructions don’t help at all. I put it on wrong with one spring. Thanks to your video I’ll redo.
