I want to try this but I live in Canada and it is freezing. Can you play a version with a fur coat? Preferably beaver!
No! Please no coat. I need more nipple. Every now and then I get a peek and then it's gone.
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Lol
A shirt would be nice.
Not sure why so many negative 👎🏻 comments. I play this using an Asus. Everyone plays it differently. The bass line off of the Gm7 is cool. Good job.
David, as usual. .. beautifully explained. one of my all time favorite hall and oats songs
My guitar is too cold to play naked. How can you achieve this D: ?
+Orichalque LOL
Does it a good question..hahaha
There's no point in muting the A string with your 2nd chord... you're playing an A on the 6th string anyway
👍
I think you're one of the best guitar instructors, and you have a great voice. I love this song and would spend the time learning the solo if you would record it.....Please.
These comments, my stomach hurts from the laughing.
Great explanation of progression
great job - would love to see your guitar solo lesson.
+Shawn Hale Ok cool :) ...if I get a couple more requests I'll post the solo as well :) ...such cool chords in this song. I had a great time learning and teaching it.
What are the two diminished chords you used? I suspected that they might be B flat dim and then D flat dim. I looked those up and I'm still not sure. Knowing the names of the chords helps me remember them better.
I've rediscovered all of these songs from Darryl halls home videos
I love how the intro sounds. could you show how to the play the intro too? :) of course Sara smile is one of my favorite songs.(my name is Sarah) :D
Before watching this, I had no clue how to play this song. Now I have no idea how to play the song and my head hurts.
a1scooter1 lmao
lol!
Could you play and whistle a song. That would be awesome.
+William Clark Good idea :) ...I will.
Excellent
Can you do a Ukulele version ?
I love Sara smile...I wanna learn a instrument just to play this song...I think after m7 d7 g7 pulling strings maybe it will be easier to learn saxophone 😉
Check out my band doing this classic! Great tutorial!
check out Monte Montgomery play this...awesome!!
I removed all of my clothing.., but, sadly, I still sucked at playing this song.
Haha just seen this, lovely song but like yourself regarding a top im adverse to b#maj7.. i activley choose not to learn notes chord names scales well any musical theory (i know) i play with shapes, ear and chord boxes (refuse to do tab) so writing chord names at bottom means nothing without idiot boxes.
You were so excited about the song that you forgot to put on clothes.
The song it's nice.....but U should Put on a shirt or something.
Nice!
If I looked like that I'd never wear a shirt either. Great lesson for a great song. Adding that lead lick to the cord progression would be fantastic if you find the time. Thank you.
...Sara would smile if youd put ur fuckin shirt on .....
lol ...but she winked when I took it off
Are you taking a dump?
💩💩🚽🎸
Good one.
I have a request : put a shirt on.
DO THE SOLO!
Bro, your yoked up
I play guitar bass drums piano and I sing about 200 songs do you live in Oklahoma 😄😳 because I have a house gig pays a hundred bucks a man... And I'm sick of doing a single I could play bass,
Why is your short off
Put some clothes on. Why would you do that?
Do you have pants on?
+Phillip Milner Rarely.
...good enough:)
Someone actually teach me these chords damn
Is that George Michaels ???????
Great tutorial, i play naked too !
Put a shirt on, man.
U talk too much with trying to explain chords, instead of just playing them.
Shirtless?
Why.
Too much repetitive talk.....just get to it, bruh
