Thank you so much for talking about not only what did work but what no longer fits.
I've been truly trying to get back to waking up earlier and recognize that it's a result of my sleeping struggles. Breathing issues, body temperature, & not staying asleep once asleep. I keep waking up & sleeping & waking in a cycle throughout the night every two hours or so. I'm not able to get up anymore. I'm seeing a sleep doctor. Taking tests. So hopefully things change.
I stopped my morning pages for a while but it was so helpful so I want to get back to it.
I've never stopped reading. I love it. It's something that fuels knowledge, imagination, and passion. Especially enjoy it in the evenings or during the day when I do chores.

I didn’t use morning pages for negative things. I guess I was doing script writing for my morning pages without realizing it

I was listening as I did what has become part of how I am molding my life in 2024...each morning I listen to a motivational or inspirational message as I Health Bounce and go through other moves on my Rebounder.
We each have the opportunity to create the life we want...the key, then, is seeing it through❤

I never considered morning pages being about negativity, rather just stream-of-consciousness writing, clearing the mental clutter before starting one's day (which ofc might include negative clutter). I would drop it too if I felt it had to be negative in tone or if it was only stirring up negativity. 😕 That's no way to start a day.
Its fun to see new vids from you so often. I know its prep for baby time- but I'm enjoying it 😊
