What is your problem? Do you have no reaction, or Your cluster indicating wrong values?

hi i need help with this project dont you know why i keep blowing up my arduino the only thing i need to work is the rpm and speedometer but i blew two arduinos already
What kind of Arduino? Nano, Uno or ?
