Brock’s crogunk was such a chad it managed to KO a steel type with a poison type move lol. All jokes aside, croagunk and toxicroak in my opinion are pretty underrated for how cool they are.

Croagunk's ability is Anticipation, that is why it was able to sense Toxicroak! Croagunk disliked the sweet honey in the Vespiquen episode, suggesting that it has a speed reducing nature. If I had to guess its nature I would say Relaxed.
speaking of , you should evolve it given the fact in the anime , they used a shade of turqoise on normal toxicroak similar to its ingame shiny rather then dark blue (perhaps originally intended to show a sense of unique on saturns toxicroak)

This is almost as similar as James' Inkay who went through a similar faze going against itself evolve Malamar during some horrific conflicts which is why its preventing them evolving 'cause if they may or not do so they might develop a sinister & cruel personality they'll have!
I absolutely adore Croagunk! I loved its rivalry with Saturn's Toxicroak! The only thing I had always wondered is why it had so few moves? I know not every Pokémon gets a lot of moves, but it felt like Croagunk could have learned a new move to defeat its rival Toxicroak. Nevertheless, I still love his mastery of Poison Jab!
I remember that during my first playthrough of Pokemon Platinum, I used a Toxicroak because I loved Brock's Croagunk. It ended up becoming the strongest member of my team. It also helped me realize my love of Poison types. I almost never play through a Pokemon game without having at least one Poison type on the team. My love for Croagunk has not waned, especially because of the way it walks in Sword and Shield. Makes me laugh every time.
I don't know why I love Brock's Croagunk so much but he's one of my favourite companion Pokemon. I just like how he was just kinda hanging around all the time with his blank face which made when he actually show emotion even cooler like those times with Toxicroack. Plus he has the funniest way of getting Brock away from a girl.
You magnificent madman, you did it. One of Brock’s most iconic companions is here finally! Thanks Professor. Here’s hoping we see it return with Brock sometime.
It should be noted that shortly after Brock caught Croagunk, Dawn measured their bond with her Poketch and it was ALMOST as strong as Ash & Pikachu 0__o

i was disappointed that we never saw croagunk during brock's return in sun and moon, yes it was good to have misty back but why not let Croagunk have a go
Best part about Brock's Croagunk where its one of the not only the smartest & cunning in the group to figure out on Team Rocket's scheme & Team Galactic's plan especially its rival Saturn's Toxicroak it had fought against it making it the biggest rivalries it had over the course!
How can anyone dislike Chansey? Not my top favourite I’ll be honest. But I can appreciate Chansey. My favourite Normal types, would definitely be Persian, Meowth, Snorlax, Eevee and Spearrow. Those would be my picks for my favs off the top of my head. But Chansey is adorable and sweet
I love brocks dynamic with croagunk and I love how they became like buddy’s in the series since they first met and became a team! And Brock is one of my 2nd favorite human characters right behind ash! His character dialogues are just hilarious in my opinion to spite hitting on the girls and his comedy I love that he’s a good person who is he gentle to Pokémon and who gets along with people like ash and Misty, max, may, dawn and those characters exc: and yes croagunk was another one of my favorite s of all of brocks Pokémon’s as well as onix, Crobat, and geudude! The definition of a “Quirky Nature” Pokémon. He never talks, just stares at his reflection like a little goblin and waits for bigger frogs to punch. One of the reasons I love Croagunk.

I never got to play through sinnoh when i was older, and finally figured out how to really play pokemon, so i ended up using croagunk/toxicroak on one of my MANY MANY 😩 playthroughs of SM/USUM. I loved that fighting poison toad, definitely one of my favorites on a playthrough
I remember first watching Losing it’s Lustrous for the first time as a kid. Crogunk wasn’t just looking for the smoke he was meditating in it. As a kid I read it as “Look Brock we’re a team, but I need this for me.”

By far, one of, if not my favorite Pokémon in any season cast. He was kind, chill, emotionally intelligent, and CRAZY strong. Despite Brock originally being a rock type user, I see Crogunk, Crobat, and Ludicolo to be his main pokemon, they all represent Brock's ambitions as a trainer.
Croagunk become my favourite pokemon of all time when he stopped that Draco meteor in the pokemon movie. That's when i realised what for amazing pokemon he is.
When my younger brother and I were kids, we would reenact the scenes where Croagunk would Poison Jab Brock in the lower back when we got bored while waiting for our parents. Since I was really good at imitating Croagunk's call, I was always given the role of Croagunk. It usually went like this: My brother would say a made-up Brock line and give me a signal to "Poison Jab" him in the back. Once that occured, I would grab by the collar of his shirt and do the croaking "laugh" that Croagunk usually did in the anime.
Croagunk/Toxicroak are my favorite pokemon line. In the 3d games, Croagunk has the best swag walk in all of pokemon, and Toxicroak just looks cool as hell.
Crow gunk just will not allow Brock to do that once because he realizes how awkward it is or he just finds it very fun besides with Max and Misty gone someone needs to stop him
it's always nice to see a running joke continue, like brock's unrequited loves but i honestly wish croagunk stayed with team rocket. it would be interesting to see them be competent and win a few battles, y'know?

Croagunk was one of the best parts of DP and overall one of Brock’s best Pokémon! Loved his personality and his comedy!!

When my younger brother and I were kids, we would reenact the scenes where Croagunk would Poison Jab Brock in the lower back when we got bored while waiting for our parents. Since I was really good at imitating Croagunk's call, I was always given the role of Croagunk. It usually went like this: My brother would say a made-up Brock line and give me a signal to "Poison Jab" him in the back. Once that occured, I would grab by the collar of his shirt and do the croaking "laugh" that Croagunk usually did in the anime.

Croagunk/Toxicroak are my favorite pokemon line. In the 3d games, Croagunk has the best swag walk in all of pokemon, and Toxicroak just looks cool as hell.
I prefer Croagunk's look but Toxicroak is very cool too :)
Croagunk defeating Toxicroak was the most savage and badass moment out of the entire lot of Sinnoh league episodes
Crow gunk just will not allow Brock to do that once because he realizes how awkward it is or he just finds it very fun besides with Max and Misty gone someone needs to stop him
it's always nice to see a running joke continue, like brock's unrequited loves but i honestly wish croagunk stayed with team rocket. it would be interesting to see them be competent and win a few battles, y'know?
I think if he stayed with them, he might go the way of Seviper and get severely nerfed after the first appearance
