I’m so glad you put that d1 from man in the mirror in there because I feel like most people missed that. I didn’t even know about it until the 2022 bass battle came out!
As a lot of others have said with Geoff it is not just the notes but the breath and power of them in song that makes him so impressive. He slides through his range with a ease and power I have not heard from anyone else
well your 60 and Geoff is 42 so you have quite a lot of years more of experience but Geoff also has a fantastic upper range giving him like a 5 and a half octave range.
I just compare it to a piano and I put whichever note sounds the same into the video (As well as the appropiate octave.) I sadly don't have perfect pitch. And thanks for the kind words! 😊
On very good mornings i have reached down to 29Hz (Bb0) watching voiceplays cover of halo to test how low my subs can actually go but normally my lowest sub is like C#1
@@giogmusic5726It was post production, in reality. Both Geoff and Layne confirmed it in a livestream, whereas Geoff's lowest subharmonic note was an E1. So A0 and B0 were edited (post production) and accomplished by Geoff's chest notes making it A1 and B1.
I just realized that Geoff has actually reached a very brief G2 in subs before. It's in VoicePlay's "ACA TOP 10 Sidekicks" at 3:19 in the vid.
I'm glad you noticed that too
and adding to the B0 part: voiceplay's version of valhalla calling is INSANE

I absolutely love Geoff Castellucci. Great viceo.
I agree! Glad you liked the video!

I don't think so do you mean hitting these subs?
9/11. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I'VE HEARD THIS! VERY IMPRESSIVE!
8:11 I heard for fractions of a second he goes down to an A0
Thanks for updated subharmonic vocal range of this year.
Domínio perfeito das técnicas do subharmônico. Top demais.
So COOOOOL man!
YOU'RE so COOOOOL man!
Great compilation!
Thank you! I love your stuff aswell!
Great video!
Thanks!
The C1 with a beard was actually a really flat B0, and not a C1 or a Bb0.
You mean the one at 7:43?
@@laiyemoboys9255yesh
your acapella music is really good not gonna lie.
man in tiktok geoff hit a Bb0 subharmonic you must add it
I can't find the video. The lowest I found on there is C1.
@@giogmusic5726 no the way down tiktok was Bb0 he was singing it off mic
@@turanbirligi6969 I'm pretty sure it was a B0
@@hunter133official first he hit that Bb0 then swithced to B0
@@turanbirligi6969 ok
Things I can do that Geoff can't:
- sing subharmonics in the 3rd octave
- get rejected by straight women
At :45 that isn’t a second subharmonic it’s just a crack because of how high it is for him.
You're correct, it is a crack. But it's a 2nd subharmonic crack.
Nice video
Thanks!
In voiceplay's valhalla calling there are a few B0s too!
7:28 That was actually a slide from B♭0-C1.
That Second C1 was actually a Bb0. So F#2-Bb0.
Either way, good job!
G1 is the lowest i can get and for him It ist almost to high of a note xD
Great Compilation!
How do you get the note that he is singing? By ear or some program?
I just compare it to a piano and I put whichever note sounds the same into the video (As well as the appropiate octave.) I sadly don't have perfect pitch. And thanks for the kind words! 😊
Did you just forget the boogie song or something?
I didn't. I just felt like putting other things.
@@giogmusic5726 Oh I see, cause when you didn't put in the boogie song I was like ALL HOPE IS LOST
The tiktok clip of way down is a Bb0
5:53 Eyo where did you find this video please ?
It's on Geoff's channel. Here's the link:

The E1 at 5:05 is kinda flat btw
Funny enough, last time I checked, I could hit an A-2 and I'm 15. I went lower I think since then.
7:37 That's a B0.
he has down to a A0 in warriors btw
Pretty sure that was deconfirmed.

My lowest sub harmonic is a C#1
Now It's Bb0
D1 was inhale
Geoff can't inhale
Hmm?! I got some work to do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
🎶Happy birthday to 👹🎶…. Uhm 🤷♂️
this first one is f#1 but okie
He starts in a F#2 sub then goes down to F#1 sub lol
i dont like subhormanic sounds they not powerful as chest or growl
But low notes produced this technic sounds much more clear than growls
@@joshuakre125 yea thats true
Lyrics sound a lot better in subs than growl, and subs are also a lot more agile.
I’d argue @ 7:10 that C#1 hit DIFFERENT! And with a different technique it wouldn’t have been as “impactful” to that style of song
