      Depends of the voice types in my opinion. With a microphone (or without projecting it too much), a soprano could hit a F3, Mezzo C3, Alto B2. This without resonance. Below C3 is surely low for a girl though. If you're soprano even below F3

    • @KJOokami
      @KJOokami 4 года назад +3

      E2-G4 is a pretty typical baritone range. You'll naturally increase that in both directions as you practice and learn the limitations of your voice and how to get around them. There are techniques you can practice to go lower (subharmonics, growl notes, etc.), and I guarantee that if you work on finding your falsetto you'll be able to extend into the 5th octave with ease. My range was almost identical to yours when I went into college, but in the several years since I've reached a point where I can hit F5's with ease in falsetto, and even extend up to G#5 on a good day. Still can't sustain an A5, but I can hit it once in a while, depending on the vowel.
      So, yeah. Don't worry too much about your range. If you focus on your technique, you'll start finding yourself hitting notes you might've not even considered to be in the realm of possibility for you! It's just a matter of time and practice. :)
