Actually, that a nerf to the best raid farms model where you would stack up bad omens, start raids, gains the loots and loose them at the end to repeat as long as you want. Now you have to drink a potion witch van still be automated but it's not as easy as it was
@@shael4866 Pillager captains in raids don’t drop the bottle so you can’t automate it unless you have a big pipeline of the ominous bottles coming at you from auto-killing pillagers which is basically impossible
and they completely nerfed villagers too with the biome thing

Something you didn't mention is that the air time you get from hitting a mob with an enchanted mace allows you to COMBO SMASH ATTACKS.
Combine that with density, and you can do around 30 armour negating damage, PER SHOT, while also keeping your opponent airborne so they can't hit back.

Even more rarely there are C snapshots. I doubt we've ever had a D snapshot before.

The mace is probably the most unreasonably op weapon in minecraft

OP in what sense? If we're talking with mobs, I guess maybe. If you're really putting skill behind that though, I'd be pretty concerned.
But if we're talking players, you would need a scenario in which the player below is standing still, or at the least not paying attention. Sure, you could get a kill from 3 or so blocks up, but then the secret is to not follow the mace player as they get on the cliff. You can also bring slowfall tipped arrows to kill their entire damage boost. It's going to get crazy levels of damage, but there are many simple ways to combat it just as well.

@lenacredo bro I tested it on the snapshot, it did enough damage to fully kill the person(now granted I did say jumping from a block which would mean you would fall a little more than two blocks, which with density and the enchantment which decreases efficiency of armor does kill someone)

if they nerf the mace, they better do it before final release, to many times games will release an item and nerf it in a later update, which is anoying especially when you had already been using it for some time at that point
It’d be less bad in this case than a lot of games that do that, because you don’t have to pay anything in order to get the Mace.

The snapshot names are the year they where released (24) followed by the week (w13) and then a letter at the end in case they release more than one in a singular week
In Sweden it's common to count weeks which is probably why they use them

It's about 3 slime per potion (If you brew 3, like a sane person), but the real question would be if it is worth building up the slime potions to a point so you can start this farm, or if you would benefit from just carving out a few slime chunks and going afk anyways.

Use feather falling potion with wind burst and density enchant in mace that will make you bassically a killing machine since the wind burst sends you upwards while the feather falling slows you down allowing your opponent to fall down faster while your still in the air able to hit them again and launch you and your opponent infinitely until they die

You could also make a lot of silverfish with the infestation potion.
Splash a bunch of mobs with infestation, then repeat harming and healing to summon an almost endless amount of silverfish with the only limiting factor being the entity limit and the amount of harming and healing potions you used.

A really cool thing you can do is if you put a bunch of chikens in a 1 by 1 hole with a twisting vine and then you splash them with oozing and wind charged. Then you splash them with harming and they all die which will create a cannon launching all the slimes like 200 blocks into the sky
The mace is just genuinely a fun weapon, it’ll be interesting to see how it’ll interact in combat, especially when dealing with crystal pvp, where high ground becomes a death sentence

every single time i heard the mace nerf the guy saying it was wrong. It's from 5 per block (2 and a half hearts) to 3 per block (one and a half hearts), each level of density adds 1 (so the max is 4 hearts per block, yeouch!)

I really hope they don’t remove the wind charge punching, but I think they should nerf it by making the mace make you jump only if you hit the ground/are on the ground when you hit the entity
the technical changes with the component system and datapacks are incredible too
btw you can hit a entity multiple times so stuff like armor stands boats or wind charges allow you to multie hit them by spaming left click, it is so op that you can use 1 wind charge to gain enough height to one shot a warden

There are ways to counter it. Like not letting the Mace get the high ground. Or bring Slowfall Splash Potions. Not to mention it is still very high risk, if they use Wind Burst, you just move out of the way and they take fall damage too, which isn't crazy with Feather Falling, but it's not as simple as falling on other players, unless they are unaware.

4. kill all of the chickens (or whatever chosen mob)

They use the names because, while it may just feel like "Hey new content for game!", what you're actually doing is beta testing new features of software before they are added to the stable version.
The name is basically just the version number of the build they have released for us to test.
And they're very easy to remember because they're just the date of release. 24th year 13th week A (as in first )release.

i use classic boat elevators a lot as a way of manually despawning hostile mobs and spawning them in a confined area to farm ender pearls and zombie villagers. that wind burst boat elevator design could come in handy, it looks pretty cheap compared to placing a boat every four blocks

Oozing potions seem incredibly useful for slime grinding. Just find a bunch of mobs from normal farms (or just livestock) and use a splash potion of oozing.
If you time it well you can (probably) do 2 windcharges at once by hitting windcharge and shooting it while also jumping to boost height giving even more height

a = version 1 for that week, if they have two updates in a week the second one will be b.

Anyways this is one heck of an insane new snapshot, the mace changes and the enchantments are kind of ludicrous but I love them (I don't know why you didn't mention Breaching in this video though, it makes armour weaker against the mace. Technically you could make a slime farm without a slime chunk with these new potions, mob farm + an oozing potion every now and then with an auto killing system. would be awesome since you can use it on multiple mobs making it super easy to get slime if you’ve got 1 block

4:36 Actually, it's great in specific circumstances. If your enemies (In a server) are chasing you and they don't have a Wind burst II mace, you can escape them, but I have a feeling that a wind burst II mace could easily defeat them though.
You can actually oneshot the enderdragon with a single wind charge and a density 5 wind burst 3 mace. You can get pretty insane jumps from the wind charge knockback+hitting it with wind burst. Pretty difficult to pull off tho because you need to get a high enough jump and land a hit on the awkward head hurtbox of the dragon. Took me like 30 minutes to finally do it.

Just realized Minecraft is undergoing power creep netherite is now obsolete and so is feather falling and ANY enchantment other then the ones for the mace. The warden a mob made to be almost impossible to kill can now be one shot. Every update has gotten more and more insane and overpowered. Now I think that's funny imagine some guy is hacking so instead of just banning him you come down from orbit and smack him the head taking the hammer of Dawn a bit to literally.

Well the heavy core is very rare to get now, so I think it balances it out. And it's still quite a challenge to beat the ominous spawners even with full netherite armour.
The potion that spreads cobwebs on death, when put on a player, allows them to move through cobwebs without being slowed down

I'm happy with the mace being OP because it gives an alternative to end crystal pvp. Now if you can get the drop on you can 1 shot someone by dropping from the moon. If they have a totem you can tag team them with a buddy. Solid way for someone in iron tier to take on someone with full netherite
I think that the damage could just be capped at like 50 or something, and the attack speed should be like the axe, or even less.
In my option I don’t think it should be capped I think they should just double or triple the amount of blocks for a certain damage (maybe also add extra fall damage while holding the item)
You can use wind charge enchantment to kill wither without wind charges, as it launches you up, not away.
