In todays video, I get to do a walk-around and a review of my friends 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis GS. We're not hiding anything and showing everything! This car is a clean Black on Black Mercury. This Mercury is loaded with some one of a kind features, including new lighting setup in the front and rear of the car, LED upgraded bulbs all around, clean black leather interior, front driver and passenger seat warmers and tint all around. What I love about this car is how clean it is. Hector is a cool guy and we had a good time filming and talking about his Black Panther. If you have experience and or love for these panthers, make sure to drop a comment or a brief description of anything to help out the Panther Car Community! Pros, Cons and any helpful tips and tricks. Thanks in advance! Enjoy the Video!

Agree 💯 but the interior is easier to keep cleaner. My tan interior is a challenge, I need to shampoo the carpets and condition and clean my seats, having 2 kids (6 and 1 year old) does not aid in keeping a clean car and back seats lol 😆

I bought a 2007 grand marquis from a lady that just wanted to get rid of it I’m the 4th owner of it and it has 19,500 miles on it the car is pretty much brand new I got the car for next to nothing I swapped the wheels for mustang wheels that look just like the marauder wheels I love the car….awesome video and verry clean and nice for the miles.

A molded plastic insert maybe a cup holder or any type of black plastic functional insert for the arm rest. just cut the proper dimensions and drop the insert in with some adhesive. get rid of the black tape look.

Excellent Mercury Grand Marquis (GS ?) - Leather Seats = LS (Black/Black) fantastic looking Grand Marquis - Hard to believe it looks so great and runs like it does with that many miles - I purchased my 2009 (Factory ordered locally) - Vibrant White Clearcoat (Wish it was Black/Black) - Tan Leather interior - All Factory options except Sunroof, Phone (aftermarket BT/Satellite radio) Just turned over 80,000 - Not bad for a 15 year old vehicle (I drive < 1,500 miles per year / < 3,000 miles on two vehicles) - Still looks new (Dealership statements) - Am the second owner and don`t plan on selling this vehicle - A little P/M, easy driving and they will last forever (That is why Ford stopped these Panther Platform)

      FORD LINCOLN MERCURY
Ford introduced the Panther Platform in 1979 with a new two-door, four-door sedan or five-door wagon that came in two different levels: the Ford Crown Victoria and the Mercury Grand Marquis. The Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria trim (not part of the panther platform) disappeared after a two-year run in 1955 and 1956. The blue oval dropped the mid-sized gFairlane in 1970 and reintroduced the Crown Victoria name with the full-size panther sedans, some of the most iconic cars ever released.
The 1979 Vics had two engine choices: a 4.9L (Ford called it a 5.0L) small block V8 with 129 horsepower and a 5.8L with 142 horsepower. One year later in 1980 Lincoln adopted the Panther Platform. The Panther Platform was a body on frame chassis meaning that the body sits right on top of the frame this was very common in the old days of car making but now can only be found in trucks and SUVs.
