Are all the counters are "Binary counter"?!
I mean if we are asked that "What are binary counters?" would the answer be same as the answer of "What are counters?"

Tsegu Kahsay this is a T Flip flop counter. any JK flip flop with the inputs connected to each other is a T flip flop
