Joel 2:1 says to Blow the trumpet in Zion, which is what Dr Vine has done. He has given warning to the GC to come back to God, stop taking government money for the institutions. It is the Elijah message of bringing the fathers back to the children. EGW also says that we have more to fear from within so to me that says that they will not listen or repent.

Stephen Bohr misquoted Dr Vine. Dr Vine did not say that the remnant will incorporate a new conference. He said that the tithe should be apportioned only to local church unions and conferences where the work of God is still being done. But the tithe would not be apportioned to the conferences or divisions that are in apostasy, such as the NAD and others. Dr Vine also said that during the coming persecution, the general conference will cease to operate as we know it, but the underground church will continue un-incorporated, like the apostolic church was.
He was very correct.
I wanted to add, that I appreciated that you brought the quotes from Ellen G. White about how the tithe is to be directed & used. I’ve always believed that where we are receiving our spiritual food, & where people are doing faithful work for the Lord should be supported by my tithe.

The shaking has begun. God works through people to carry out His assignment. Are we saying that God is not speaking through His Faithful children? I stand with Dr. Vine. The Leadership cannot align themselves with Babylon doing the will of the pope and tell the people in the church they don’t have a say in the decisions they make which is not of God. They have a choice, do God’s will or God will carry out His plans by raising up new leaders. If I remember right, in 1901 Mrs. White stopped sending her tithe money to the GC and gave it directly to to the support of the work where it was needed. No where in the bible are we told to give our money in the support of work that is openly going against the written word of God. Money has become way too important to the church organization and often for money our organization Is doing things that the word of God does not support neither does the writings of our own church instruction. The church is really the body of HIS believers and not the organization. Do we stand with God or a worldly organization?

I didn’t get church support or exemption during the pandemic as a health care provider. God took care of me and I miraculously kept my job and never contracted COVID. I agree with Dr. Vine, however, to continue to discuss this issue in the media and asking GC officers to resign is not of God. We can’t hold on to resentment toward the leadership but pray for them to see the truth. We should pray more than talk and air out problems.

2Timothy 4: 2- 5 , 9. I love my church but I’m ashamed of my conference right now. You allow full blown apostasy to go on in our schools and even from our pulpits it regards to Lbtq and women ordination. But pull a godly preacher from the pulpit. When they say persecution will come not only from without but from within… I believe it. I lost my job and had great set back because of the jab but i would never leave God's church or withhold my Tithes from God's church the wheat and tare should stay until the day of harvest. And I'm stay and be obedient to God .
I think you need to watch the original sermon because Dr Vine never said to withhold tithes from the church. Also, if the GC or any conference are apostatising would you just keep paying them tithe so they can continue to apostatise or would you pay your tithe to a conference etc that is following the Bible?

I stopped giving my tithes to the conference because I came out of the catholic church in 2004 and the conference reminded me of the catholic church and i found some self supported SDA churches that seem to be doing God's work so I support them

A few years back i was not happy so diverted it to amazing discoveries, saved to serve and Advent Message/ messenger. Then i wasn't sure so i return to the conferences now. I don't give to adra any more as they pushed jabs but it so probably ends up in the same place...i need to read and pray and see if i can divert my tithes like EGW but you don't one what God said to this person!

There was an incident that happened back in 1980's with our Pastor, who was embezzling, buying property, land for himself. My parents along with other church members hired a private investigator and when we took the evidence to the Southern GC in California, they told my parents and the other member that went to see them. Their reply was, there was nothing they could do, but... DON'T STOP YOUR TITHES! They were/are in cahoots! A GC Presidents stole money and was he made accountable, of course not! After that, I don't think much of the GC and I give my tithe to the church I attend, because that is the... STOREHOUSE!!! I put it in writing, "where the church needs God's money"!!! I no longer live in California, I moved to another state and the treasurer tells me, no one does that! I said, I know, but one day GC will be exposed! I guess we know now,😂 where their alligence is. 😞

Thanks bro for your timely presentation. Where I may differ with you slightly is the suggestion that it’s not necessarily about tithes. I believe it is exactly about tithes. Remember the love of money is the root of all evil. If go back to the pandemic days, the GC sold us out because they were receiving money from the government. Many churches not just the SDA accepted money from the government in return for not making the vaccine issue a religious point for objecting. According the US constitution the government would have had a hard time forcing churches against religious obligations so they offered churches lots of money for neutrality. The GC at that time was desperate with churches closed and members not returning tithes , they like hirelings that they are took the money.
Now they are enraged at Conrad Vine - why? because he dare to suggest that in the future, not now but in the future we should reserve the right to redirect tithe money should they repeat the same thing. The reason they are mad at him is because they want to repeat the same thing should a similar situation arise - simple. They are terrified that Conrad Vine is waking up people up to their deception and are trying to shut him down as quickly as possible.
Please see this video at the GC how much evil and deceptive they shut down vaccine as an agenda item and you will see that our church is under Babylon captivity, it’s not Babylon but right now it’s captured at various conferences and North American Divisions and even at the GC level:

Pastor Vine is right and very brave.
There is a far deeper issue with our beloved church that we are to address. Fact: The SDA Church is more responsible for every affliction of the 20th century than any other group of men on the face of the Earth. And this continues in the new century. Ellen was clear that had the church adopted the power of “the Spirit of Christ” in the 1888 message of Jones and Waggoner (Jones who single-handedly kept the national Sunday law from being passed in Congress that same year), Christ could have come before the 20th century! (T6, p.450 and other places.)
There were mission stations all around the world, ready and able to give the loud cry of Revelation 18:1-5.
But our church like all other Christian churches, including Islam, Jewry, Buddhism, etc. only build “the kingdoms of the world,” not “the kingdom of heaven.” Theirs is a temporal kingdom, not a spiritual one, for if it was, “our Lord Jesus” would have come; and the suffering of life would have ended.
The proof is also affirmed in the The Great Controversy, last paragraph, page 48. Then there is Ellen’s faith-shaking warning of “not one in twenty…” in Ch.S, p.41, which corresponds with I Pet.4:18.
This is why men like Robert Wieland and others, urged the Conference brethren for many years to give heed to the prayer of corporate repentance spoken by Daniel:
“We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments: Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets [including Ellen, declaring the 1888 message of Christ our Righteousness is the last message], which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day.” Dan.9:5-7.
Ellen said that when the 1888 message, united with the call to corporate repentance comes to its fullness, it will go “as fire in the stubble.” “And then shall the end come.” Until then, the flame of reformation is barely a flicker.

Since Covid I noticed so many people struggling financially to the point that they didn't even have food. Some were almost losing their homes. I was convicted to give my tithe and offering to those individuals but I really was struggling with it and was wondering if the church is the only place we could take the tithe, but I'm glad to know I am not wrong
Pastor Bhor should reconsider his stand by reviewing the actual statement of dr vine. If you give in only to the pressure of the GC you are in dangerous ground.

This is not only happening in the NAD when it comes to tithe diversions it is currently taking place in the British Union Conference for a number of factors. Members lost their jobs during the pandemic and receive no support from leadership. Three ministers were sacked because they asked questions regarding certain nefarious activities. Ministers in the BUC accepted and conferences money from the government during the pandemic not to preach the gospel and not to attend to the spiritual needs of it members. Conrad Vine is spot on. Pastor needs to repent of his grave sin.

GC is not dealing with NAD because they are afraid and tithes and offering.
We need to address the issues and allow God to address it. What happens is what God wants , not what we think is right.

Many have been withholding their tithe and offering for years but God is still blessing and as many leave He will cause many to be converted in the latter rain. You cannot spite the Conference nor God. He will take care of if.

I have noted a snootiness in some of our Conference leaders. Some are humble and some are stuck up. Jesus was humble and loved us all. He was never stuck up and never acted like a know it all. Be careful leaders. Dont become like satan. It got him kicked out of heaven. God bless our church and the leaders. Send your Holy Spirit to bring truth and unity Lord. Amen

We are to tithe upon our income. When fired we don’t have income. So the church isn’t receiving as much as they were.
At the time of my baptism the pastor went over the 27 fundamental beliefs and 1 of them was on tithe. I was impressed with the storehouse and money is divided in paychecks to all the pastor equally and not one is being benefited more than another. At that point (my baptism was a vow) and I still stand to that vow that was made.
I am firm to not recend upon that vow.
