This is what happens to someone who's had a hard childhood when it comes to friends and trusting people. Generosity that only others would dream about., simply because they love their friends and love to see them smile.

Wait are you saying because someone has a hard childhood they become generous in their adult years?
Kind of yes; it's because we know what it's like to go without and how happy it feels to recieve things that we want but may not be able to afford, so when we have the chance to give those we care about things they need or like we do it without a second thought. (Case and point is how I bought gifts for two people that are very special to me even though that the cost was three week's worth of wages for me, since I only earn $50 a week from an unstable job)
Chugga is just an awesome guy. Like, I love how he talked about Stephen giving him info about t-mobile was just "giving him all the info he needed." Chuggaaconroy, the only person capable of making gift giving sound like an evil villain's plan.

Emile just loves his friends. Money doesn't seem to be an issue and he truly wants the people he deeply cares about to be happy. No other alternative motives, just for them to be...happy. That is something pure you don't see in people that much.
Very true...I wish, more people were like him. But, I guess, we must start with ourselves. We must be the change, we want to see in the world. Maybe, there's someone out there, that needs a Chugga.
Part of being a fan as a grew up with Chuggaa was seeing how he cares for people, and I'm starting to see myself doing similar things. It's nice to know that the stigma of internet people being bad influences is not all true.

Are you implying that Let's Players aren't generally smart? Because they are. Just saying.
I'm not saying that, there really smart. Chugga is generous and compared to other people, (who literally post stupid videos on them screaming for 30 minutes on something stupid) Chugga takes the cake, he plans out each lets play WAY before beginning one. it took him a year before he was ready for Xenoblade and thats as far as we know. Lets Players are morally actors posting videos for views. Chugga doesn't do Multiple Channels or sponsorship, he does what he loves.

Emile is so amazing. This absolutely cemented him as being my favorite youtuber. He makes great content that, like Xenoblade, can take him months and months to complete, and he uses a lot of that money to spend on his friends. What an amazing person.

Why is everyone astounded at how generous/minted Emile is? If you have too much money to spend on yourself, wouldn't you be generous with gifts to your friends? I need only a small part of my income, so I always splash out when it comes to those closest to me. My friends all say I'm outrageously generous but the truth is I WANT to be generous: because they're my friends and I appreciate the fact that they're in my life!

I honestly wish I had a friend like Emile. Not so much because of all the gifts, but because that kind of genuine generosity and helpful friendliness is so rare. I have maybe one friend who could ever match that, and it's really just wonderful to see. I hope you two appreciate having him as a friend, Stephen and Mal. And I also hope he appreciates you just as much; you both tend to do just as many amazing things for him. Masae too, for that matter; I very much doubt Emile does *all* the generous things himself.
It really warms my heart to see how happy Emile gets when Stephen opens his gifts. I remember in his Animal Crossing New Leaf LP he said how happy it made him to give gifts. :3

Emile is literary like those kids on Christmas who love seeing people unwrap their presents and the amount of content in his eyes when he handed to Stephen Halo 5 and Sunset Overdrive was indescribable.

And all Emile asks for is to see that his friends are happy! Unlike most people Emile really treasures, cares about and understands his friends cuz he got them exactly what they wanted! I wish I had a friend like Emile, he's the best! Not because he buys pricey gifts for his friends - I don't think the price even crosses his innocent mind when he's buying his friends gifts - but because he's so genuine towards his friends and really treasures the friendships that he has! this man makes crazy money off playing video games. Not bashing on him or any lets player but it's hard to make a start on playing video games because of all the people who do. You could just try to stream because those are new but trying to become famous in youtube becomes harder. I just wish i can give stuff like this to my friends and family, see their faces light up because every christmas i just get like a 30$ gift card because of secret santa. My family isn't poor ( i just got the S6 edge and a HP envy in the past year) they aren't generous like Chugga. This makes me cry because of his generosity. Whenever steam sales come around i just buy 1-!5 dollar games for my friends on their wishlist and it makes me feel good inside. TL:DR Chugga you are a great and generous person. Keep being awesome

What I really like about Emile is that he does not play a game on his channel because it's the new big thing likely to get the most views, he plays the games that he love, and wants to share that love with his viewers. He has a lot of respect for the game itself and go above and beyond to edit easy on the eye information on the screen and explaining things concisely. He really still seems to be a Let's Player out of passion and not just monetary value.
Emile is the kind of person you want as a friend, not because he spends buckets of money on gifts (for God's sake man did you find Nintendo's golden Wii money printer). It's because he cares for everyone and appreciates the friends he has and the community that follow him.

popular youtubers actually make quite a lot if they do the whole ad thing iv heard rumors pewdiepie makes over 1m a year which is unfortunate because pewdiepie sucks but since chugga is also popular who knows really its probably a lot its cool he gives so much to his friends though he's not greedy or anything.

Every time that they opened a present from Emile I was just like "God damn it Emile". I just can believe someone can be so selfless to their friends. An Xbox One and an Iphone 6+? Just because they're good friends? Emile has got to be one of the greatest people I have ever seen in my life. If I was to meet one person I've seen on the internet in person, it would definitely be this man, he's been a huge inspiration.
