Chicken wings 2 kg.
salt 1 tbsp.
Black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tbsp.
Dry garlic 1 tbsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Bake 25 minutes at 200 C. C.
Sauce:
soy sauce 2 tbsp.
honey 1 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
Garlic 2 cloves.
Lubricate with sauce.
Bake at 220ºC for 10 minutes.
convection mode.
Potatoes 5 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
Thyme.
Coriander.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes.
+ 5-7 minutes in convection mode at 200 C.

Я чуть не уснула, пока смотрела как резали 2 кг крыльев по одному, складывали 50 частей в противень, потом 50 частей переворачивали по одному, потом 50 частей смазывали, тоже по одному.... И все это на скорости 2х🤦♀️

Одного не понял: нафика нужна картошка, когда столько куриных крыльев?! К такого количеству запеченого мяса надо только несколько литров пива, и можно не ломать голову ни о чем. Хватило-бы только пива!!!
