- Here's a look at a Micro Campervan Conversion on the old Renault Kangoo from GB Camper Conversions.
This conversion is using a leisure battery and heavy-duty split charge relay for power. The main storage unit is built using high-quality lightweight poplar ply finished in puntinella with an Aluminium corner profile for a sturdy well-made finish with a graffiti grey worktop. A reasonably sized storage unit is where the 12v socket, USB power outlet along with 3 decent-sized cupboards.
The rear seating provides comfort for relaxing, both seats are fitted with heavy duty runners to allow the seats to be extended to make a small single width comfortable bed when fully extended, with storage below both seating units.
This micro camper conversion was built with practicality in mind, maximising storage space and functionality.

Nice lay-out. I am considering to convert my 2006 Kangoo to a micro camper and my plan is to place the kitchen unit to the wall of the Kangoo. This gives me either a better walk through or a better use of the space to create storage space.
I’ve to work in my car in day hrs and I convert my car into camper for night.there are certain limitations to it but I manage to cook and sleep in my honda jazz(fit)2010 model

Exactly the kind of thing I am looking to do seating wise, and the unit/cupboard area would be an office style desk so I can live my portable office dream. Bit of solar as well and it'd be perfect for me
