- The 24 Hours of Le Mans is much more than just an endurance race. It is the place where myth, legend, memories, anecdotes, personalities and cars have raced since 1923. Ferrari’s history at Le Mans is one of successes, dating back to 1949 with the 166 MM Barchetta Touring driven by Luigi Chinetti and Lord Selsdon, and that has seen Ferrari on the top step of the podium on 38 occasions, with nine overall wins and 29 class victories. A story that resumes after a 50-year wait.

@@InitiateDee Toyota had the 4th best pace. Ferrari were the fastest at le mans. I won't include the smaller digits because I can't be bothered but ferrari had lap times of 3:29 the fastest of the pack while toyota had 3:30 range. Toyota had slower pace than puegeout and porsche too.... Le mans isn't the race for toyota I assume. But this is only testing. We will see in qualifying.

Even though this edition marks 100 years since the first running of the 24h hours of Le mans, it is not the 100th Le Mans. There were some years between 1923 and 2023 when the race was not held.

If they get a clean race with no mistakes like at Spa, then Ferrari can definitely win this year’s race. Toyota are the team you have to beat for it , you know one of them will be there at the end.
ferrari did not have something close to a clean race in spa and le mans is even longer, the chances of a team having a clean race is very slim and here at le mans, anything can happen.
