What if you go live but you want your pre-recorded video to be the main show how do you do that?

Sorry just seen this. You would upload the video to your studio or have it open on your computer and play it as a screen share without your video on

does Facebook recognise a pre recorded video as live or does it know it's not actually live?

If its uploaded as a live stream, Facebook won't know if the live stream is live or pre-recorded
