I love that the Drummer is Honoring ERIC CARR!!! I was lucky enough to catch him on the HOT IN THE SHADE TOUR... wasn't a big fan of the Album...but damn if they don't kick ass live!! Yall "Mr Speed are the primo tribute band in the land
The first time i met Paul Stanley was at Disneyland....what was great was there was no one around and he and his wife just talked for awhile with my sister and my niece and my nephew....no one even recognized him it was great!...im the only one probably who has a Disneyland map signed by Paul....he loves Disneyland...He told me before we left "thank you for your support as a member....if it wasnt for people like you i wouldnt have the lifestyle that my wife and i have...so thank you....i was floored.....!
This was 2006 then I met him at the grove in hollywood for a book signing....but I told he and his wife who showed up perfect timing that we met at Disneyland...them we found out...which no one knew where his car was...which was a rolls royce... which I took pictures by...after the security guard said..."make it fast"...no one knew where his car was...but I found out with my nephew...and this guy was a really nice friend of john 5
Hey Rich it's been awhile since I text you....but you need to know this I'm 56 and a die hard encyclopedia of Kiss...your band is absolutely epic in producing an extremely polished version of Kiss!....I as many REALLY appreciate all your hard work you and all the members of the band...you Rich the hardest working member. Your optimism to detail is incredible...and now you have a broke mirror ibanez....incredible....Kiss is retired now....I dont believe in computer screens and avatars as cool as it may seem....its not a live act. You cant imagine of how much I appreciate your live act as Mr. Speed....I know you all have your own jobs and lives...but with you doing Mr. Speed you put huge smiles on all Kiss fans faces....NOBODY does Paul like you.....I love you guys so much!....I know it's a big expense extra outside your lives to do this....I live in Ventura Ca I wish I could see you live and meet you....your so humble and smart in interviews....cant say enough.....I'm the one that said put on your 77 outfits and do a show in Magic Mountains parking lot on an may 19th date.....ha!......anyway THANK YOU RICH AND THANK YOU MR. SPEED I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!

Yeah you can tell he is a lot bigger and taller than all of them. Real Kiss Gene was the tallest and taller than Ace. It's a little off, I like the old guy that was Gene better too they had last year.
Well RUclips algorithm brought me here I was fully expecting to look and move on especially at the beginning when the kiss logo started wobbling but I'm genuinely impressed it was really good and I watched the whole thing . My only criticism is your Paul Stanley needs a chest wig 😅
Impressive, the dude playing Ace actually looks like Ace. All of you were bang on. Nothing against the drummer great solo. I wish you were wearing the cat make up though.
Excellent! My only suggestion is to get the guy playing Ace all liquored up before a performance...this guy is a little too steady on his feet and not hitting any sour notes.
Mr. Speed IMO were always the quintessential KISS 2.0 band which should have got the nod from Gene and Paul. AI Avatars aside it's the live performance experience which true KISS fans have always sought out. I see these guys dressed in the Elder costumes, with the prototype Elder stage which remained on the drawing board. Playing deep cuts from Kisstory with all new 21st century Elder merchandise available. Make it a lost cities tour away from the saturated major markets in smaller hockey arenas and big auditoriums. I would travel 100 miles and pay $100 to see that show.
Gene has a copy of the 1977 spector #1 bass, cool. Most genes have a punisher bass. Now this gene needs a copy of the lobue bass seen from 1975 and 1976 to complete his collection.
I owuld love ot see Little Ceaser added :) or one of those unreleased Eric songs.like"dial L for lvoe" "somebodys waiting" ... and an Elder song or medley ;)
Come on man you got to have Peter Criss in their dude not Eric Carr! Eric Carr might have been a more technical drummer but is in terms of the drum beats laid down for kiss it doesn't get any better than what Peter did and of course Eric cannot touch Peter's voice neither one of the Eric's can and neither one of them can play Peter's drum beats from the 70s like he could they just didn't have that jazz bebop's Soulful playing style like he did. I would take him as my drummer any day over Eric Carr or Eric singer. PC #3 I mean once Peter was gone this band was not the same and Eric Carr wasn't paid like a real member he was a Hired Gun and of course after Ace left they were a shell of their former selves and that was a parent all through the 80s. And into the 90s when they finally came back to do the reunion tour. Nobody wants to see Tommy Thayer and Eric singer in Ace Frehley and Peter Cris's makeup that's just ridiculous. They should have forced Tommy Thayer to wear Vinnie Vincent's Pharaoh makeup and forced Eric singer to come up with his own character like a beaver or a sloth
Dude it's not that serious, it's a tribute band, why are you writing this whole thing like it's the real band? Let them pay tribute to all eras of the band. They had a Peter, he wanted to retire from the band, nothing wrong with going with the fox over the cat.

I'm a sound engineer. Did a show with Mr. Speed last year. Very professional. Awesome show. And they are cool guys!
