- In this video you'll see the aluminum floor getting finished as well as the inside of the reefer unit assembly with a functional fan. Enjoy the video. Link to my Fb page where some of the accessories shown in this video along with others can be purchased. 👍 / westernsharpies.scalea...
The freezer is reproduced in detail and it is wonderful!
I'm excited when I look at power tools.
Glad you liked it Kou
Looks great well done worth watching really enjoyable video
Glad you liked it!
Super good detail. Really inspiring to try harder on details.
Thanks pal, glad you liked it. I love the detail side of things more than anything I guess. Take care
Always so meticulous in the details, this soil is very good, you did well to recover these aluminum rods. Placing the fan in a double wall is a great idea and it works wonderfully, again well done for this very good job 👌
Merci beaucoup! Glad you liked it. I am happy how this is turning out. Hopefully some of these videos give some ideas to others who have the same trailer. Take care
@@westernsharpie I think it will give a lot of ideas to other people and me the first 😉
So much details it is great 🔵🔵🔵👍👍👍😀😀😀✔️✔️✔️🔵🔵🔵
Thanks Carlos
Reefer trailers do have drain holes in the rear on both sides. Some have square holes others have round ones with heavy rubber tubing for draining. The front part, would look good with t,he duct in the nose, where your chute would attach. The flooring is great.
Thanks man, ya lots of details to try and capture, at some point you gotta just throw in the towel and call it done. Lots of other projects are starting to mock me from the to do pile now. Take care 👍
@@westernsharpie you do the hobby justice, with all of the details you put in, it’s definitely one of the best I’ve seen.
@@rickiejones9229 Thank you Rickie, the scale these days is amazing on some peoples builds. Tamiya dropped the ball on this trailer. Never liked that Euro look, they shoulda made one more North American looking. I should have it done soon. Once the door go in, it'll pop. 👍
Awesome awesome
Thanks friend 😊
At the ending maybe put a small air flow identifier. A small piece of cloth😎👍
I think I understand what you are talking about, do you mean in front of the black grill part? Because remember I still have to add the long air chute that hangs from the middle of the ceiling and goes all the way dow to the back of the trailer. 👍
@@westernsharpie I mean like that paper blowing from the cooler draft..either way I love it.😎😎😎😎👌👌👌👌
@@josepenate7367 Thanks for the tip Jose. I was thinking maybe thin little strips on orange or white plastic bag. I'll give it try and see how it looks 👍
@@westernsharpie ok cool😎i love it😁
Damn,,,crazy 😁😁😁😁Cool
Thanks my friend, always appreciate your comments
Just curious, are the doors you made full swing doors? When open, will they open against the side of the trailer? Like what you’ve done for the realism. Only one critique, and it’s not wrong, but you do not see many trailers with clearance lights on front. Over twenty years of driving truck I’ve only seen just a few times. But awesome work thus far!! By the way I really like the floor.
Very true Duane, I thought about what I was gonna do up there for a while. Problem is Tamiya has 4 pre existing screws holding that aluminum piece onto the trailer walls that I cant stand looking at so i thought i'd turn them into clearance lights, but I couldn't have 4, that woulda looked stranger than making a traditional 5. I know it's usually just the two on the ends, but if Tamiya woulda made these things more scale from the beginning I wouldn't have this dilemma lol. The doors open a little more than 180 degrees, not quite touching the trailer. Thanks for the comment pal
Lol... Cool
Thanks Bryan
