Same pattern as the 1-minute version from 2017, just repeating continuously for 30 minutes. Subjectively, it seems to me that this has a brain effect as well as a sensory effect, sort of related to a hypnotic or meditative effect or some kinds of drug effects where the brain kind of recalibrates its grip on the senses a bit. However I can't make any definite claims; I just saw other videos years ago and tried to connect with something in my head that they got me thinking about.
