  • Black Opals are captivating gemstones known for their deep, dark body color that sets the stage for a mesmerizing interplay of colors called "fire." This fiery dance showcases an array of brilliant hues, from blues and greens to reds and oranges. Mostly sourced from Lightning Ridge, Australia, though found in places like Ethiopia and Mexico, their rarity is due to specific geological conditions, making them highly prized by collectors. According to legend, Opals are Zeus' tears crystallised after his victory over the Titans. Black Opals are believed to possess transformative and protective powers, bringing success and insight to wearers, aiding in spiritual work, offering glimpses of the future, and reducing anxiety while promoting adventurous living.

I was told that it was unlucky to buy your own Opal. That someone else needed to give it to you. I love Opals. Thank you Adam.

I was totally suckered in to buying my mum a opal ring - she fell in love but didn’t want bad luck. The look on her face when she saw I gifted it to her made it totally worth it. She loves that ring. ❤
