When this came out I was 15 and it was my first compact disc. I was so blown away by the quality of the audio and the brain-melting distortion of the guitars. Before that it was radio or cassette tapes. Laying in bed with my sony discman and headphones was so surreal, like I was blasted 30 years to the future with this album.
This and Today are my favorite tracks on this album, maybe of all SP songs… so many great songs on this album but this and Today are standouts… still have the original CD which sounds way better than remastered CDs or streaming… if you have a chance, listen to that format!
Not sure if you already know anything by Led Zeppelin, but a reaction to something like Rock and Roll will be good. In my opinion they are the greatest rock/metal band.

Can you review Set the Ray to Jerry by the Smashing Pumpkins? It was supposedly a band favorite, eventually released as a B-side.
The loud guitar on this.

Welcome back!
I of the Mourning.
My man you're back! Been wondering where you were. You should get back to King Buffalo. Do "Quickening"
