  • I try not make to my videos to long, therefore much of the footage doesn't used. So I decided to make two videos for my projects. One where I show a quick bild part and the demonstration and the other video will be a more detailed build video.

    I know I'm late, but when you're going at it on the lathe, get some form of vacuum system getting all those wood chips away while you're working on it, not afterwards. Saves you from cleaning up the mess and the fine dust produced won't go into your eyes/lungs even if you wear goggles/dust mask.

    I made one with a shovel handle and a steel tube, i lowed the handle to make the tube fit in It, made some drills and placed some 15 cm Nails, i welded It and its awesome

      Illidan Stormrage interesting fact, movie prop swords are made out of aluminum. All those swords in Lord of the Rings are made from aluminum, because it is a useless sword. It looks real enough but it can't actually cause real damage as a sword. Not to mention it's lighter and easier for an actor to wield instead of a trained knight

    So do you just grind up the sand to use it again? Also, what's the benefit of pouring into that shallow dip that leads to the hole instead of pouring into the hole directly?

    You should design the weapon rack wall. That bare wood is rather boring, I think a good paint job would fix it

    Is there a chance of some kind of explosion if you don't make all those vent holes?

      It should not explode. The vent holes are there so air doesn't get taped in the higher parts of the pattern and aluminum wont fill all the pattern resoling in a failed casting

      Sodium Silicate mixed with the sand, and then Co2 gas is used ton harden the Sodium Silicate.

      I don't think it's the filming my self is the problem. I don't get to speak English a lot and that makes speaking in front of a camera easy. I will speak about that problem in my upcoming update video and how I am going to try to solve this problem.

      Yes. I crush it up, sift it and when I am making my next mold I ad more sodium silicate
