- I try not make to my videos to long, therefore much of the footage doesn't used. So I decided to make two videos for my projects. One where I show a quick bild part and the demonstration and the other video will be a more detailed build video.

“15 spikes or 15 spikes”
Thanks for that conversion!
"15 spikes or 15 spikes" - Gotta love this dude :D
I really enjoy the incremental refinements to the process, engineering students should watch this channel.
I just love that angle grinder lathe! Wonderful!
14:01 "15 spikes or 15 spikes" haha got me laughing for few moments
Beautiful work ... Want more videos in the future ... Good luck
You have genius ways of making these things
great video as always.
Your personality is getting better👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I'm Saudi and I like your innovations
Thanks
you are welcome☺
dude i love your ideas. also great idea making a wall for all your youtube builds. Excellent.
when the moleten aluminium rises on 12:28 , its so satisfying
haven't watched the video yet but already know it's good 💯
Love your videos bro
Thanks for another great video, Your a very talented man,
you are awesome man.
so skillful
I know I'm late, but when you're going at it on the lathe, get some form of vacuum system getting all those wood chips away while you're working on it, not afterwards. Saves you from cleaning up the mess and the fine dust produced won't go into your eyes/lungs even if you wear goggles/dust mask.
that's so cool
cool video bro
AYYYE my fav melee weapon!!!
Sweet!
I love you're video
wow doesn't he just sound so excited
Awesome
I made one with a shovel handle and a steel tube, i lowed the handle to make the tube fit in It, made some drills and placed some 15 cm Nails, i welded It and its awesome
You are so good
I see you are refining your techniques
nice casting. i want to make a furnace but have no clue how and will probably blow up my house.
really like your craftsmanship while making pattern.... if you like suggestions how about a custom made wheel or an ship anchor....
Very noice
I wish I could build such cool things.
then do it
You just need the tools and the know how. Most things in life are easy if you are determined and have resources.
I liked
Preparing for the apocalypse or WWIII
I'm finding this dude during the zombie apocalypse.
can't be the only one waiting for a sword on that wall MP PLZ 😩
Jaylin Young how will it be made castes or traditionally
Asher Tee cast this is a metal casting channel not a forging Chanel He can do it I'm sure
Jaylin Young You can't make an aluminum sword, it would be useless
That's cool
Illidan Stormrage interesting fact, movie prop swords are made out of aluminum. All those swords in Lord of the Rings are made from aluminum, because it is a useless sword. It looks real enough but it can't actually cause real damage as a sword. Not to mention it's lighter and easier for an actor to wield instead of a trained knight
At least this guy will be able to defend himself from a zombie apocalypse
Well done, BUT that's freaky!
And are these how to videos or showing its possible to create
Very nice lathe jig you have set up there. It's an ingenious design. How much faster is it compared to traditional lathe tools?
"15 spikes or 15 spikes" 😂 amazing unit conversion
So do you just grind up the sand to use it again? Also, what's the benefit of pouring into that shallow dip that leads to the hole instead of pouring into the hole directly?
Quick question... can the sand / silica blend be reused, after the CO2 gassing and heat?
would you be able to make a video on the sand that is used?
Everyone says its from battlefield 1 as if they invented it
Bot Adam there are various trench club models, he is simply indeed basing this casting on the specIfic BATTLEFIELD 1 model.
Que belleza de mazo
Why do you pain the wood before casting? I've always wondered
You should design the weapon rack wall. That bare wood is rather boring, I think a good paint job would fix it
you are welcome😁
Do you actually do metal casting for living? cuz dude you're soooooo good at this keep up the AWESOME work brother ♥ ✌️✌️✌️
what do you do with the wooden things?
YES
why do you paint the wooden models? is it just to keep the sand from sticking?
Yes and it looks better
instant like
what kind of oil did you use to wet the sand? was it mineral oil. and how many times can you reuse the sand?
That's sodium silicate
this is from battlefiled 1, but it was used firstly way before in Hussite wars
Did you upgrade your waste oil burner?
Not yet. But I need to weld a new exit pipe because that's pretty worn out
Is there a chance of some kind of explosion if you don't make all those vent holes?
It should not explode. The vent holes are there so air doesn't get taped in the higher parts of the pattern and aluminum wont fill all the pattern resoling in a failed casting
Thanks for the answer!
MP Dragon could u make a basketball for me plz or can u make an assigns creed axe
+Zack Shockley Aluminium basketball?
good ides Zack assassin's creed axe, i will make that to for my videos...
Well, I bet all zombie apocalypse preppers are casting it now.
what does the airgun do exactly ?
good job MP. nice video as always.
is it winter at there, where do you from anyway?
I am from Europe. This winter is very weird because one week it is snowing the next week it all melts and so on
why do you prime and paint the wood before putting into the mold?
So it wouldn't stick to the sand
He nice
wy you don't make all of spike in other mold,? and assemble all afther?
Damn son
fluid what you input into the tub
you can do a giveaway with one of those???
In your next casting video can you destroy more stuff during the performance test???
why dont you make a display vedio for all the casted weapons?
fillet your edges help with flow plus your risers don't need to be that big... very good work tho
This thing is like log in clash of royal
Dude you ever considered doing a collaboration with Zombie Go Boom?
Sir your weapon designs are nice and traditional. May I recomand for your next prodject and american style tomahack. They are still a favorate of our US Army soilders.
Wha did you put in the sand to make it stay together
Sodium Silicate mixed with the sand, and then Co2 gas is used ton harden the Sodium Silicate.
which tape do you use on the handle?
That's cloth electrical tape
this is really good but i think zna made a better one because its easer to build looks alot better but they are both really good
Could you tell me what the liquid is in the sand?
Sodium Silicate
You should make another one and send it to DICE studios
Will you do any weapons collab's in the future as your chanel grows? As I have no doubts it will. I suggest ZNAProductions as you two are my favorite channels.
I agree.
Just a Question, why always aliminium?
Is that lead? A heavy by soft metal!
what is the that thing that u mix with the sand? MP
Sodium silicate
can any one tell me what is the purpose of the spray and the powder?
you lok like you don't feel confident in front a cam But it's okay you doing your job really good Respect. and you will reach 1m subscribes one day. people gona hata ju but cep doing what you like and can. soon you will feel confident in front a cam.
I don't think it's the filming my self is the problem. I don't get to speak English a lot and that makes speaking in front of a camera easy. I will speak about that problem in my upcoming update video and how I am going to try to solve this problem.
Hockey stick tape was cool, but should have been leather.
Next, make an aluminium sand sweeper, instead of that piece of wood
love your vids, but that lathe work made me wince. hope no-one copies it ^^
What did you add to the sand?
damn-Exory2 sodium silicate
Jason funny
Yo should make a tool to sweep of the extra sand (hint hint)
Could you make a video on how you aneal your cruicibles
or what you use for a cruicible
It is just a steel pipe with a bottom welded on
thats the interesting part lol
You should use foam it's cheaper than wood
How long does it take you to build these things?
Adam Skead 2days
That would be great if I could make it in 2 days
It depends. How much and what I have to do at work and how much free time I have afterwards. But I would say a week working after work
how much aluminum does your crucible hold
Roughly 9 kg
MP Dragon mine hold about 6 kg
how do you make your green sand
By mixing fine sand with sodium silicate then hardening it with CO2 gas
does it give more detail to the casting
what did you pur into the sand?
Is the sand mix reusable?
Yes. I crush it up, sift it and when I am making my next mold I ad more sodium silicate
Outstanding. Using the Sodium silicate as a binder to prevent "burning" then firming with the Co2. Oh the wife is going think I have lost my mind {well she knows I have but that is besides the point}
There was no dragon logo on that one!
daora esse vídeo se eu fosse fazer uma arma de alumínio iria usar uma forma feita com alginato(não sei se é assim que escreve) mais seria bem mais fácil do que essa forma de areia
U could prolby make a giant cake with all thst
Omg
