There are no hopeless situations. Even if mistakes were made during the installation of structures, their consequences can be leveled with the help of modern technologies.
During the reconstruction of the warehouse in the Labinsky district, the builders completely replaced the roof together with the entire rafter system. However, the customer used raw wood during assembly and not all boards were tightly fitted. As a result of the drying of wood between the boards, quite large cracks appeared.
This led to an overspending of polyurethane foam during insulation, but the customer was ready for this. Alliance Prof specialists sprayed polyurethane foam from the inside onto the roof and walls at the actual consumption. In the process of foaming, the material filled all voids and gaps, and then solidified, forming a monolithic layer of thermal insulation.
To fulfill this order, closed-cell polyurethane foam of the Himtrust brand SKN-30/141 G3 was used. It is well suited for industrial applications as it is durable, does not absorb moisture and has low thermal conductivity with a small layer thickness.
