I like heavy i think it's legit the lyrics are great except kiiara's voice and accent reminds me of other bubblegum poppers in the top 40 who keeps whining about drugs party and alcohol. Not the best fitting for lp song imo

Omg.. the way he lights up when he was talking about Chester. How he loved singing next to him 7 days a week and how hes the best vocal coach in the world. Then on how much he loves hearing his singing voice on the new album and couldn't wait for others to hear it 💜😭

Mike seems so humble and down to earth. Such a super talented guy. One more light came out the day after Chris Cornell's death, and Chester hanged himself 2 months later on what would have been Chris's 53rd birthday. Im still in shock and trying to process this. I'm praying for you Mike and the guys of LP. #RIPChesterBennington I hope someday Mike raps with Eminem, that would be fucking incredible. Love you Mike, just know Chester will always be by your side. He's a legend and legends never die 💔

Watch LP swerve us all just like with given up on Minutes to midnight. Given up was heavy but majority of the album was soft. Heavy is pop/radio friendly but watch the new album be heavy.

your style of collaboration should be encouraged to everyone! that is an authentic collaboration! the other way you mentioned sounds like being lazy, not knowing what you want (so thats why someone else has to show it to you), and very industrial based.

Mike: This album sounds like that song (Heavy). I want to cry as a pure LP fan. Guilty All The Same and Rebellion were greats songs... just make more that them (as the new Linkin Park I mean).

They are prolonging the cycle. Try to feel.it idiot. Linkin Park has been a hit or miss since Minutes to Midnight. I had some hope in there later albums but none of them have had the same impact as there early studio and remix albums. The spark hasn't been lit and there music is going in such a dramatically different direction from what they became so damn famous for. Ill give the album a chance but it sounds like the original fornula has been abondoned and a different sound is the style now.
Lion The albums aren't hit or miss. They are all very successful, they just don't resonate with everybody because the genre and style changes each time.

Oh, how painful it is to hear the certainty on Mike's tongue that the new album is just about little problems. He's being so positive talking about the past. He never imagined that his best friend needed more support.
At the time when they were working on this album towards the end of 16' and in 17', Chester was doing great, back to being healthy, being open, and loving 17'. Until what happened to Chris on May 18th that flipped his whole world upside down. Just FEW DAYS before Chris died he said in a interview F*ck 15' right in the a**hole, 16' had a silver lining for him but still hated that year, then said he loved 17' and how it was kicking ass and was very excited for all the upcoming stuff that year.
Mike didn't say it was only about little problems. He mentioned how basically all of the guys were dealing with stuff between 15-16, like with losses and family health. But he didn't go into specifics into the other members of the band personal stuff cause they weren't his stories to tell, like with Chester's depression/3 day relapse. That's not his story to tell that's Chester's. So he only brought up stuff that he had going on at that time. The "One More Light" album was basically their therepy session on everything that they were discussing together about their personal lives.

I don't know whether I'm gonna buy this album. Linkin Park is my favourite band but this song is awful in my opinion. Hopefully the rest of the album will be better. I really like ballads but this one is too commercial.
