Infernal shade & Dread shade should work together, make sure you have devour in flames in the infernal shade passives. Also bear in mind, dread shade runs off after some time and you have to put it back on again. Hope this helps!
@@cuqier5889 yes I think so, the boost of ward was about 2k just with it (previous patch) and the damage I had was already huge :) Depends on how you organize your gear

How can you apply both shades at the same time?
You use both shades by clicking them on the wraithlord

Because of the mass ward that it gives (ward per sec + intelligence) !
