Mr Volvo was up on that pile reevaluating his plant life no doubt 😉👍🏼
When coming into the pile with the loader keep the bucket flat with the grade as you drive in and gradually curl and lift as you eat further into the pile.
The tires and hydraulics/engine noise will let you know when to ease of on either the lift or curl as you progress into the pile.
Ie you want to be on that point of just before wheel spin whilst applying full power.
That way you guarantee a full bucket every time.
As an Ex Sapper we used to digging bunded tank and Artillery slots often in less than favourable conditions you quickly got used to finding the balance between too much lift or curl and ultimately spinning the wheels or bogging the hydraulics down
Working a stock pile of stone is a walk in the park by comparison of course.
We used Volvo 4400’s Terex 72-31 and Case. Medium Wheeled Loaders.
The latter was by far the worst incidentally and the Volvo the most user friendly.
Terex had a Detroit Doesel in it so was as angry as a hornets nest just moving from park 😂

Hello, 50+ years ago on a Chalmers 11 track loader, what I did to get the bucket flat before approaching the pile was to put the bucket on the ground and go up 1 detent to confirm everything was flat. Come back 1 detent to lock it and enter the pile. I had to do it this way to stop me from digging a pit. There was no other way to do it. Later on I was operating a 966B Cat and it had a slide you could see from the operators chair to show you the bucket angle.

To me, the 220 did appear to be faster, especially bucket curling and extending of the boom/stick. But it really depends on what % you are moving the controllers etc compared to at home. Also as I recall from your earlier videos the 210/220 hydraulic flow rates can be changed pretty easily, maybe the perceived differences are in that.
