Great conversation with Warren Sapp. I listened to the whole interview. I never put that much time into an interview. In fact, I rarely open a video that is more than 15 minutes long and when I do I seldom make it to the end. Warren is an interesting guy. He is not only a big tough guy. He has an easy and infectious smile like a big teddy bear. Unbelievable passion! He is making no small impact on the lives of the young men he is coaching. Keep up the good work big guy!

This guy that’s interviewing coach sapp seems so out of touch ! It’s as if he’s been removed from the black and the brown trenches and knows nothing or no one who’s grown up with struggle and came from that element to make a transition and difference in peoples lives ! Like when he said Colorado it was just weird ! He even called coach prime Dione as if they are on a first name basis put respect on coach primes name ! We as a people have to do better ! This brother should have really done his homework on Warren sap and Colorado before interview all his questions where off !! As lol that I’m saying is that give these brothers the same respect that you will give the white establishment period !! The interview should have been legendary your interviewing a HOF that happens to have a gold jacket !!!

One reason that no one mentions is that most of the great players that made it to the HOF didn't have NIL deals in college. They may have gotten the $100 handshakes but not big money deals. They had to truly play to get paid.

It sucks when you outperform everybody because that’s just what you do and the lazy kiss ass screw-ups get the same pay; sometime you even get overlooked for mediocre. Performance based pay, if done right, can level the playing field and get more people taken care of.
