Henry is actually Henrietta (brown ducks are female, colorful ones are male), so she just wanted to start her modelling career. 😁
If that's a mottled mallard, the males can be brown too.

Wow... i didn't realize how important a blue sky is. The old canon couldn't retain those highlights
I have an old FM2. I love the zf design. I plan on renting one soon.
The ZF is the ultimate camera. I can throw my 150-600mm on it for Wildlife, the 50mm, 85mm 70-200mm for Portraits and my old Non AI, AI and AIS lenses on it. I can be in 2024 and 1970's.

Loved your review. You didn't even find it heavy like big and strong youtubers did, which says a lot about how much they just not pick just to nit pick lol... you also didn't have an agenda to try to find negative things to say about it, like most RUclipsrs do. I just love that you went with the flow and a positive mind, what I get from you is that you ENJOY photography and you don't go with a mindset of finding highlighting the negatives first. I love my ZF :)

So, you making the switch to Nikon Mirrorless? I shoot on the Z5, they say it's the basic full frame model. I absolutely love it, it has IBIS weather sealing and 2 SD card slots. The ZF is my goal. Definitely my dream camera.
I want one in that green leather but it’s not cheap. Maybe later this year. What wrist strap is that, I’ve been looking for one

Would love to see you test some of the newer canon cameras! I think you’d like the R3 or R6ii. My previous camera was the 5DM4 and the R3 and R6ii are the only 2 mirrorless cameras I’ve used that have the “Canon DSLR Look” iykyk - love your videos!

did europe get the nikon Z F earlier? because i work at a camera store in belgium and we've been selling them for a few months now. the guts are really good but i dont like the ergonomics or the pasm functionality. I prefer how Fuji does it. (if all the dials are on C or A it's all auto and from the moment you change a dial it get that dial priority) it's overly bulky and most if not all nikon Z lenses dont have a dedicated diafragma ring. that said, it's still cool nikon does a throwback look camera that is very capable.
Does it have the P mode for professionals?

I like the camera and it has taken a bit to get to know the controls. I like the B&W button

In the retouched images too much magenta.
I noticed that. Wondering if some sort of auto correct was used that read the green of the grass and over corrected.

I'm confused, is this an older video? Why do you keep referring to the camera as unreleased? It's been out since October last year. I know because I wrote a news piece about the launch.
Still a fun video though, and I appreciate the light-hearted approach. No shade from me.

Clearly she had it early since she had a “handler” and kept saying it was unreleased but for some reason she was about 5 months late in posting it 🤦♂️

Poor Henry the duck. "It's too late, I've moved on." The camera looks interesting in a retro way. But I have too many cameras as it is, and $2,000 is above my whim range.

Hey, I probably have made a similar comment in past videos but, I'll just advocate for it again: I feel like hot air balloons would be fitting for a photoshoot.
Consider coming down south to New Mexico for Balloon Fiesta in October (then publish the video late February 😛). There are many balloon festivals around the country but Fiesta would give you the most amount of time to complete a photoshoot especially if there are outfit changes. It takes time to lift off hundreds of balloons. As long as weather cooperates, it might be a fun video to produce with your photos.
Anyway, hot air balloons are cool. Have some green chile in New Mexico. Then maybe go visit White Sands National Park for another photoshoot.

@@johnyoung1606 She said it was a pre-production model...which is why there's a Nikon rep there. So, are you saying they're going to release this new secret camera with the same name as the last? It could easily be a ZF II, but what exactly is it? I rewatched and didn't hear a name. She even said she didn't know what she was using. What are the specs? I didn't hear that.

This video offers no evidence of a new model. Videos come out all the time, but this video came out just after the x100VI announcement. Marketing is important, especially as the x100VI out sold the ZF by 35 times in the first few days.

Very confused review. You say that you don't use automatic but only manual, but confuses you that you have direct access to manual settings, and that you are intimidated of so many buttons, so contradictory ...

FE2, not the FM2. These Nikon "handlers" obviously don't know their Nikon history, maybe before their time (probably born after the 80s).
Taken directly from the product description on Nikon’s own site: “An iconic exterior design inspired by Nikon's historic FM2.”
@@johnbunani1341 Lost in the translation or the marketing team screwed up, probably also digital age youngsters. Do you believe everything you read?
All you have to do is LOOK at the cameras yourself and you will see what I mean. Hint; it's all in the Prism Housing /Front Nameplate shapes. That and a few internal features were the difference between the FM and FE series bodies, which is either here nor there regarding the Zf but again Look at the Shape build of what I mentioned and that will tell you who is right.
Just in case you think I don't know what I'm talking about, among other F and F2 series cameras, I went thru 3 FE bodies and 2 FM bodies since 1976, and still use an FE to this day. I know these cameras like the back of my hand and when I saw this Zf I immediately thought FE/FE2.
Also Compare the Zf to the Zfc, also marketed as a digital FM2. It look a bit different than the Zf just as the FM to the FE did but the Zfc looks More like the FM design than the Zf.
Now how can you say two different cameras are "historically inspired" by the same F version when clearly the other looks a lot like the other F camera.
Use your eyes and see for yourself.
