Are you saying 45 carbs per meal, or for all day? I am type 2 diabetic, and I’m confused. My doctor mislead me to believe that I can not have breads, or fruits. I have just been diagnosed, and I don’t know what to eat. Please help!!

Sample lunch is a well balanced meal? 2 slices of bread for a diabetic is a well balanced meal? Shouldn’t you discourage diabetics from eating bread? Wouldn’t it better to have vegetables instead? Also, tomato is not 0g carbs. Why are registered dieticians not telling diabetics they shouldn’t be eating crackers but only telling them how many they can have. Why are snacking! Why are we eating, eating, eating all day long. That’s all we do. Why are doctors now telling us we have to eat something every 2-3 hours. Then people don’t know why they can’t lose weight with the constant insulin production in insulin resistant and people without diabetes. If they don’t produce insulin - no worries, we will inject it…. I can go on all day. Please sit down and take some time to think if all of the health tips nowadays make sense
Excuse for my english it is not my first language … Well diabetic diet is individualized diet it is not looking exactly the same for everyone you and other person may have different height, weight and physical activity if u can go a day without eating carbs its not for the case of a diabetic who example drive trucks for a leaving

You clearly don't read lables either. Dressings usually are loaded with or made of sugar.
